Graduation banner purchase
I just got a graduation banner for my son from this company, and I gotta say, I was really happy with how it turned out. It actually came in two days earlier than they said it would, which was a nice surprise. I downloaded the app because my mom is always raving about all the cool stuff she finds on there. But once I started using it, I couldn't find anything fun like she does! Am I doing something wrong? Do I need to do something special to see all the awesome stuff? Can you help me out? I want to be able to buy cool stuff like my mom does. Otherwise, I'll just stick with Amazon!

Tops, Dress, Cardigan
I ordered some clothes online back in November 2021 from this one seller. The package arrived in the UK within the 2-week window they had promised, but let me tell you, I was super bummed when I opened it. The tops, the dress, everything except the cardigan I got was just not up to par. The stuff looked totally different from what was on the website - different colors, different materials, just overall cheap and not the quality I expected.
So, I made the call to send everything back and asked for the return address. Turned out it was in China. I had to pay for the return shipping myself, and since I didn't get insurance on it, when the package never reached the seller, I was out of luck and out of all the money I spent.
I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times through email, but the responses I got back seemed way too robotic and didn't really help at all. I had to just come to terms with the fact that my money was gone. Hopefully, others can learn from my mistake and be careful when buying from this seller.Review about: KEH Camera

I just bought a camera from this company and had a really good experience. The customer service team was great and quickly helped me out with a delivery problem that wasn't even their fault. I sent an email and got a response pretty quickly, which helped fix things fast. The item arrived well-packaged and protected during shipping.
