Rush order mistake
I recently made a rush order with this company and I contacted customer service to make sure it would be ready for my event. Even though I did everything they told me to do, my order wasn't processed in time. When they realized the mistake, they didn't want to help me get expedited shipping to receive my product on time. So, I had to find a local printing service that cost me a lot more just to meet my deadline. And on top of that, they even mentioned the possibility of charging me a fee for their errors. The whole experience was really disappointing.
Custom banner order
I've been using this company for a while now, but man, my most recent custom banner order was a total letdown. The banner I got was all messed up in certain spots - super pixelated. It's weird because I used the same logo on both sides, yet one side looked fine and the other was a mess of pixels. Plus, the white lettering on one side was practically impossible to read because of the pixelation, while the yellow lettering on the other side was crystal clear. I dropped a good amount of money on this banner, so you best believe I expected way better quality. Sadly, I won't be going back to this company for any more banner stuff.
Graduation banner purchase
