Camera purchase with missed email notification
I just bought a camera from this company and the whole process was pretty smooth. But I was a little bummed that I didn't get an email telling me when my order was ready for pick up at FedEx. That lack of communication almost made me miss the pick up time, which was annoying. But besides that, everything else went smoothly and I'm happy with the camera I got.
Camera lens
I really enjoy shopping at this store because they always deliver my camera equipment promptly. The lens I purchased was exactly as they described, and it works perfectly with my camera. I've never had any issues with them, so I will definitely continue to return for more awesome camera gear!
Sigma 85mm lens purchase

I've been a customer of KEH Camera for a while now, and I've always been really happy with their customer service and the quality of their products. I bought a camera from them recently, and unfortunately, the FEDEX shipment left the box outside in the rain. The cardboard packaging got soaked, but luckily KEH had packed the camera with bubble wrap, so it was well-protected and arrived in perfect condition. It really demonstrates how much they care about their customers and go the extra mile to make sure everything is just right.

Camera lens purchase
KEH always has what I'm looking for and the quality is better than expected. Why spend all that money on brand new items when you can get great deals here? They were quick to take back and fix my lens when I had a problem, and they really back up their products. Their customer service is excellent and I'm super happy with how everything turned out.
Used camera
I just bought a used camera from this store and I gotta say, the whole thing was a major letdown. They sold it to me "as is," but they straight up forgot to mention that the lens was busted. On top of that, I shelled out for a 2-year warranty only to find out they couldn't even fix the dang lens problem. All they could offer was to refund me for the warranty. I definitely won't be shopping there again and would warn others to watch out too.
Zone VI view camera in nearly new condition
I recently bought a Zone VI view camera from this store and I'm really happy with it. The camera was in awesome shape, almost like new, and the price was fair. Fungus lens

I recently got my hands on some Sigma Art lenses from KEH Camera, and let me tell you, they are simply stunning. Even though I've only tested them out briefly, the picture quality is top-notch. I can't wait to snap some shots of my grandkids with these lenses soon - I know they'll pair perfectly with my D3500 camera. Purchased a camera and lens
You know what, I gotta say, KEH Camera is legit when it comes to buying used camera gear. I wasn't too sure at first, but once I placed my order, everything was smooth sailing. Three camera lenses in excellent condition
I just bought three camera lenses from the KEH Camera website - two in LN- condition and one in Ex+. I was really happy with how clean and like-new they looked. The website was easy to use, and ordering was a breeze. However, it would be great if they could include the number of shutter actuations on the camera bodies they sell. It would help buyers make better choices.
My New Lens
