Luxury bag purchase
I recently bought a fancy bag from ShopWorn after stumbling upon the site while searching for "luxury fanny pack" on Google. At first, I had to adjust my screen brightness to really see the rich green color of the bag, but when it showed up at my door, it was exactly what I wanted. The bag looked legit and high-quality, totally worth the money, especially with the big discount I got. The whole process, from ordering to delivery, went smoothly and quickly. Communication was on point, making the whole experience a positive one. I definitely recommend ShopWorn to anyone in search of luxury items at a great price.

Konstantino jewelry
I really like this store because they have the coolest bags and boxes, and the things they sell are top-notch. The Konstantino items I bought are definitely worth every penny. The only issue was that my gift had the payment info on it, even though I made sure to use different billing and shipping addresses. It was pretty embarrassing! So I'll give them 4 stars instead of 5.

I just got this amazing pen at a really good deal from ShopWorn. The pen is top-notch quality and the price was unbeatable. The customer service rep was super helpful and answered all my questions before I bought it. Ordering was easy and I got my pen really quickly.

Swarovski necklace
ShopWorn failed to deliver my item, it was returned to sender on the tracking info. Some time went by where I forgot about the order, they didn't even bother to reach out to me. Once I found out about a month after original delivery date I reached out to them to follow up. 2,3 emails....no response. I escalated the issue to Paypal and after back and forth they never even apologize and offered to reship the item to me for a $12.99 shipping fee. Why would I pay extra to a terrible company to something they failed to deliver on? ShopWorn is a NOGO, avoid.

Once upon a time this e-retailer had its "stuff" together. Not any longer if my latest order was the example. Poor customer service and blaming their third-party warehouse for the shipping issue. Bad enough but when the timepiece game, I might bet it was made not in Switzerland but some third-world country. The leather band was so long it causes the timepiece itself it sit awkward. Worse is the unidirectional bezel that is so loose, it slips off position just by brushing it against a pillow. I'd advise against using them.
