    Dealing with this store has been super frustrating. I bought a bunch of home decor stuff, and most of it was good quality. But when I got a damaged item and asked for a refund, it was a total nightmare. I did everything I was supposed to, even took pics of the broken item, but then a month later, my refund got canceled with no explanation. And now, I can't even try to get it back because the deadline passed, even though it was their fault for canceling it. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times, but haven't gotten anywhere. It's just really irritating to deal with such terrible customer service and no one taking responsibility.

    Gift order mishap

    I had a big order over $170 not too long ago and unfortunately, there was a mix-up with the delivery. Most of my stuff arrived fine, but the most important package went missing. I reached out to customer service on December 18th and they said they'd take care of it, but I still haven't heard anything back about getting a replacement or refund as of January 4th. It's really disappointing that they haven't followed up, especially since they admitted they messed up. On top of that, one of the football shirts I got was the wrong size, and they haven't even acknowledged my request to exchange it for the right one. The customer service I've dealt with in this situation is hands down the worst I've ever seen.

    I really suggest taking a look at reviews and photos in the chat before buying stuff. The things I got were really good quality and pretty much just like the real deal, except for the tags inside. The only thing is that the delivery can take a while, so you gotta be patient. But even with that, I was happy with what I bought and already ordered some more.

    Overseas shopping experience

    The app is awesome and the shipping is really quick compared to others. But man, that shipping partner, Evri/Hermes, has been giving me some serious headaches with my last three orders. They just haven't been showing up and it's super annoying. It's not the app's fault, it's just that Evri's service is so unreliable. Customer service said they would resend one of my orders, but I still have two more that I'm waiting on.

    I recently bought a pair of Balenciaga speed runner shoes, and I was pretty bummed when they arrived without the Balenciaga logo like they were supposed to.     Recent ordering experience

    I recently tried to order from this online store again, and man, it's just been a real pain. I've shopped here before and it was all good, but this time it's been a mess. The website is acting all wonky, and I can't find any of the designer stuff I liked before. I've tried to narrow down my search, but there's just way too much stuff popping up. And even when I do manage to use filters, nothing shows up. And it's so annoying when I search for something specific and it says it doesn't even exist. Like, really? So disappointing.
