    Address mix-up, not impressed

    I ordered a replacement charger I use every day for work, and the package was labeled wrong even though I typed the right address — so it got returned and then everything fell apart. Support said a refund was "issued" but it's only visible on their side, not mine. Worse, when I tried to mark it undelivered they wanted my card details and a promise to cover fees if they decide it arrived. The charger itself looked fine when I finally saw it, oddly. Not great.

    I wouldn't trust them again. I ordered 18 items and they only sent 13 — yes, thirteen — so that was the first headache. They asked for account numbers so a "special team" could investigate and warned I'd be fined $100 if I lied, which felt ridiculous. I waited 2.5 hours to talk to someone and mostly got a robot (real conversation never happened). I first saw them because a coworker tipped me; I even told a friend.     Dealing with this store has been super frustrating. I bought a bunch of home decor stuff, and most of it was good quality.     Gift order mishap

    I had a big order over $170 not too long ago and unfortunately, there was a mix-up with the delivery. Most of my stuff arrived fine, but the most important package went missing. I reached out to customer service on December 18th and they said they'd take care of it, but I still haven't heard anything back about getting a replacement or refund as of January 4th. It's really disappointing that they haven't followed up, especially since they admitted they messed up. On top of that, one of the football shirts I got was the wrong size, and they haven't even acknowledged my request to exchange it for the right one. The customer service I've dealt with in this situation is hands down the worst I've ever seen.
