Two left boots, one call
Halfway through my first walk I noticed both boots were for the same foot. I called to return them; customer service was rough at first but then helped and delivery was quick. Glad that worked.
Should've listened to that tip

Address mix-up, not impressed
I ordered a replacement charger I use every day for work, and the package was labeled wrong even though I typed the right address — so it got returned and then everything fell apart. Support said a refund was "issued" but it's only visible on their side, not mine. Worse, when I tried to mark it undelivered they wanted my card details and a promise to cover fees if they decide it arrived. The charger itself looked fine when I finally saw it, oddly. Not great.
