    Location drama with Nike checkout

    it won’t let me buy Nike from the UK, annoying right. I first saw the shoes on a friend’s Instagram and told my sister to check it out. I switched my location to Spain, it lets me add stuff but then blocks checkout—wait, blocks me at the end. Kinda silly, kinda frustrating.

    Bought this after a friend recommended it. The stuff itself feels nice — fabric is thick, seams hold, colors true. I liked wearing it. But only half my order arrived.     I was excited to try these for my daily commute, they feel nice and sturdy, and honestly the small things I got work great—soft straps, solid stitching.     Finally a win during the move

    I was knee-deep in moving boxes when I finally sighed—this one actually worked out. But when I wanted a return they demanded I destroy the product and send proof before refunding. That policy made me stop buying.

    Strange return rule

    I liked how the jacket felt — soft, fit was nice, actually surprised by the quality. But when I wanted to return it they told me to destroy the item and send photo proof before a refund. That felt wrong and wasteful. Not cool. Honestly, overall pretty disappointed and annoying too.

    Order vanished mid-move

    I ordered about €500 worth of stuff because I was moving and needed a few basics (and my back was already sore from lifting). I got constant delay messages, so I kept waiting. Months went by. I contacted support many times. Finally someone asked for order details and then said it was too old to do anything. No refund, no help. Feels like they just vanished the order. Pretty disappointed, honestly.

    Last-minute refund relief

    Right when the refund email popped up I finally relaxed, after days of tracing a dodgy tracking number and being bounced between Royal Mail and an automated help line. It wasn't smooth, wasted time, annoyed messages, had to nudge them on social media — but they did refund in the end. Not ideal, still buggy service, so save screenshots and push a bit if you need closure. Worked for me, but could be better.

    Address mix-up, not impressed

    I ordered a replacement charger I use every day for work, and the package was labeled wrong even though I typed the right address — so it got returned and then everything fell apart. Support said a refund was "issued" but it's only visible on their side, not mine. Worse, when I tried to mark it undelivered they wanted my card details and a promise to cover fees if they decide it arrived. The charger itself looked fine when I finally saw it, oddly. Not great.
