Shoes too big, returned for correct size
I recently bought some shoes from this company, but I accidentally got the wrong size. When I reached out to customer service, Suzanne Gould helped me out. She was really nice and took care of everything quickly so I could get my refund. Not only did she help me with the return, but she even gave me a discount code for the mix-up. I was able to order the correct size and I'm really happy with how everything was handled. I definitely recommend shopping with this company because they have awesome customer service.

Basic burgundy t-shirt

I was really bummed because I expected it to hold up better in the wash. Anyways, I went back to the store and talked to one of the sales reps about it. She swapped it out for a new shirt right away, no questions asked. I was impressed with their customer service, so I ended up buying two more shirts while I was there.

Jacket purchase
I got my jacket super fast after I ordered it, like in less than two weeks! I was a little worried because some people said the site was sketchy, but my jacket actually came, so that's cool. The only downside is that my jacket was missing its spare button - like why have an empty spot for a button that's not even there? Besides that, the jacket is really nice and good quality. The store has a pretty good variety of kitchenware and graphic t-shirts, but honestly, it just feels kind of old and sad. It's frustrating that there aren't enough employees around to help with job search support, and the system always seems to be broken.
