Then the next day I get told both packages are delayed — despite ordering with buffer time for my Greece trip. They didn’t show up when I needed them. I emailed customer support three times. Response? A 10% promo for the missing dress, and later a 5% for the delay. Which, honestly, is the kind of offer you can get just for signing up to a mailing list. Felt a little like getting a band-aid for a broken zipper. Also weird side note: I wear size S, but some S dresses fit fine and others are comically small — no consistency. After spending a lot across two accounts, this was the last straw. If you’re thinking of ordering for a trip or an event, maybe don’t rely on them being on time. My advice: order way earlier than you think, or have a backup plan (and maybe a thicker skin). I liked some items, but the delivery and service muddied the whole experience.
