Mostly worth it

Nice, but I hesitated

Response? A 10% promo for the missing dress, and later a 5% for the delay. Which, honestly, is the kind of offer you can get just for signing up to a mailing list. Felt a little like getting a band-aid for a broken zipper. Also weird side note: I wear size S, but some S dresses fit fine and others are comically small — no consistency. After spending a lot across two accounts, this was the last straw. If you’re thinking of ordering for a trip or an event, maybe don’t rely on them being on time. My advice: order way earlier than you think, or have a backup plan (and maybe a thicker skin). I liked some items, but the delivery and service muddied the whole experience.
Late-night find turned out great
I almost missed it scrolling Instagram late one night—my friend actually sent the link and said "you need this," so I ordered the blue maxi with the choker. It arrived in about two weeks, which felt a bit slow but fine. The fit is spot-on (I'm a true medium), the drape is pretty, and customer service answered a question fast when I messaged them. Order Placed on March 24th
I can't believe it! I placed my order on March 24th and it's like my package just vanished. No updates, no communication, nothing at all. How am I supposed to know when it'll arrive if they won't even reply to my messages? This is just not okay. Customer service is terrible and it's obvious they don't care about their customers. I wouldn't recommend this company at all, it's just not worth the hassle.
Dress Order
I bought a dress online not too long ago, but it didn't fit me right. So, I contacted customer service for help, and they were quick to reply and assist me with returning it. They sent me a new dress in a different size, and it fit perfectly this time! I'm thankful for the store's help and the great support service they offered.
Refund issue
Man, these guys have zero respect for their customers' time. I sent my return package forever ago and I'm still waiting for my money back! I had to bug them constantly for weeks just to get what was rightfully mine. I definitely expect better service from a company nowadays.

I'm really upset about how my visit to the store went. Jacket purchase
I got my jacket super fast after I ordered it, like in less than two weeks! I was a little worried because some people said the site was sketchy, but my jacket actually came, so that's cool. The only downside is that my jacket was missing its spare button - like why have an empty spot for a button that's not even there? Besides that, the jacket is really nice and good quality. Customer service responded to me really quickly, so that's great. I might order from them again!
Item availability issue
I had a really annoying situation with the company because of an item I bought online. I thought I was getting it, but turns out it wasn't even available, even though it was on their website. So, I had to go back and forth with them through email trying to get my money back. It's been a pretty frustrating and not very smooth process, to say the least.
