Dog coat exchange
Oh my gosh, you won't believe what happened when I went to the store to exchange this dog coat I ordered online for a bigger size. The customer service was seriously terrible, ugh. This lady named Charmain wasn't even paying attention to me, just munching on a candy bar while she tossed my package on the counter and started bossing me around. It was so rude! I tried to explain that I just wanted to swap the coat, but she wouldn't even listen. Then the manager came over looking totally disheveled with no name tag, and I just gave in and ended up paying extra to get out of there. Talk about the worst customer service experience ever.
Coffee maker purchase
I recently bought a coffee maker from this place in early November and I gotta say, I'm really disappointed with how things turned out. The coffee maker crapped out on me after only a few weeks of use, and when I went to return it, they straight up said no because I missed their 30-day return window. I even tried reaching out to customer service, but they were no help at all and just sent me back to the store. It sucks to drop my cash on something that breaks so soon, and then get treated like garbage when I try to fix the problem. I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere from now on.
Shorts, Jacket, Project Rock Terry Sleeveless X8
Man, this place is a disaster. I was just trying to order some clothes online and it was a hot mess. The website was all over the place, the checkout process was a nightmare, and I had to go through so much just to pay for my order. It really shouldn't be this hard to buy some clothes. Get it together, seriously.
Investment Scam
This company is a total scam, I swear. They tell you that you'll make a ton of money if you invest with them, but it's all a lie. They just take your money and run, never to be seen again. They're a bunch of crooks and scammers, so do yourself a favor and stay far away from them.
Clothing and accessories
As a customer, I was super bummed out by the lack of honesty and transparency from the company. It's pretty sketchy that they would say we'd make more money but then not follow through. Taking people's cash under false pretenses just isn't cool. Trust and honesty are super important in any business, so it's really disappointing to see them doing shady stuff like this. I really hope they rethink their approach and work on earning back the trust of their customers in a more honest way moving forward.

During my recent shopping trip at your store, I had a great experience with one of your employees. She was so helpful and friendly, really went out of her way to help me. She was patient and gave me some great advice, which made my shopping trip really enjoyable. I'm grateful for her hard work and dedication to making sure I had a good experience.
Kitchenware and graphic t-shirts
The store has a pretty good variety of kitchenware and graphic t-shirts, but honestly, it just feels kind of old and sad. It's frustrating that there aren't enough employees around to help with job search support, and the system always seems to be broken. It's just really disappointing to see a store that used to be so lively looking like this now.

I ordered some clothes online and when they showed up, I was so hyped to put them on. But then when I washed out one of the outfits, the colors bled like crazy! Sterling Silver Jewelry
Yeah, so my husband got me this set of "Sterling Silver" jewelry from one of those mall stores, but it ended up being total garbage! The jewelry caused my skin to react and turn all gross and black, yuck. I only realized it was fake when I took it elsewhere and they pointed out it didn't even have the 925 stamp on it! Can you believe the nerve? I had to go up the chain to the corporate bigwigs just to get them to own up to selling counterfeit goods. Like, seriously, why would they pull a stunt like that? I even found out they had been sued in the past for the same thing! So, steer clear of that place for jewelry shopping, it's a complete disaster and they'll try to deceive you about the quality.
Skinny jeans and graphic tee
So, yeah, I was at the store, and then this huge rat just darted across the floor while this lady was chatting with me. She seemed so surprised, but I was like, "I'm outta here!" Didn't even bother finishing my shopping, just booked it to my car. The lady was cool and all, but I ain't hanging around for giant rats, you feel me? That thing was huge, I swear you could ride on it, hahaha! They seriously gotta get those pest control guys over to that store!
Online clothing purchase
I just bought some clothes online and ran into a problem with the delivery address. I made sure to put in the right address when I was checking out and paid with my PayPal, but the stuff ended up getting sent to an old address linked to my PayPal account. Thing is, that old address is all the way across the country from where I am now.
Men's jacket
Paulina at the store was amazing. She didn't mind my super picky tastes and really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with what I bought. Her eye for detail and her offer to clean the jacket I picked out totally blew me away. She definitely deserves all the praise for how awesome she is at helping customers.
Gold necklace unraveling after two months
My husband bought me this gold necklace for my birthday back in November, but by January, it was already falling apart. So, when we tried to exchange it at the store, they straight-up said no after only two months! How crazy is that? What kind of place won't let you return something so pricey when it's falling apart? No way am I shopping here again!
Online order issue
I ordered something online and it got sent to the totally wrong address. When I tried to fix it, JCPenney's customer service didn't help at all and I couldn't even get my money back. Such a pain, wasted so much of my time.
New jeans and a t-shirt
Hey, so you know, I went and got these new jeans and a t-shirt at this store, but it was a total flop! I blew almost all my allowance money, like 30 bucks, and then the jeans didn't even fit me right when I got home! To top it off, I found a hole in the t-shirt later on. I tried to take them back, but they refused to give me a refund! Such a rip-off, right?
Shoes and sweater
I am so mad about the service I got from this company. I bought some shoes and a sweater online, and they charged my credit card over $2000 more than they were supposed to. When I talked to customer service, they didn't help at all and just made excuses about why they hadn't given my money back. It's really disrespectful and wrong for a company to take extra money from their customers like that.
Women's winter coat
My trip to the store was pretty bad. I had a bunch of problems with the size and quality of what I bought. The people working there were no help and didn't seem to know what they were talking about. It was a real letdown.
Ordered linen/cotton items, received polyester instead
I thought I was buying some linen/cotton stuff, but when I got my order, it was actually polyester. So, I reached out to customer service to sort out a return, but they tried to say it was my fault for "ordering the wrong thing or size." I was so upset that I called them up and told them I wouldn't be shopping there again. I even canceled my store card and the order.
