I'm so annoyed with this company's lack of communication and service. I've sent about twelve emails asking about my order placed last July, and I haven't gotten any replies yet. It's now August 5th, and I'm still waiting for a shipping confirmation. They told me on July 1st that they were waiting on a part of my order and would ship it soon, but I haven't heard anything since then. It's really frustrating to be ignored and not know if I'll get my package.

I recently bought a coffee maker from this place in early November and I gotta say, I'm really disappointed with how things turned out. The coffee maker crapped out on me after only a few weeks of use, and when I went to return it, they straight up said no because I missed their 30-day return window. I even tried reaching out to customer service, but they were no help at all and just sent me back to the store. It sucks to drop my cash on something that breaks so soon, and then get treated like garbage when I try to fix the problem. I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I had to keep bothering them to find out what was happening, and then they wanted more information to "verify" things. Days went by and there was still no progress. NFL Game Pass purchase
I just got the NFL Game Pass and it was a pretty good experience. I liked that there were lots of games to watch and I could catch up on ones I missed. The video quality was really good too, made watching smooth. The only thing I didn't like was the Spanish commercials that popped up during English games. It kind of took away from the full American NFL feel I was looking for. If I wanted to see Spanish ads, I could just watch regular TV for free. Hopefully they can fix this to make the user experience better.
