Excessive plastic packaging
I just got something delivered from this service and man, I was bummed to see how much unnecessary plastic packaging it came with. It's a bummer, cause those bags aren't even recyclable, and just donating them won't stop them from eventually going to a landfill. It's frustrating when a company values convenience over doing what's right for the environment. There are so many other delivery services out there that are more eco-friendly, and I think it's about time for this one to up their game.
Messy deliveries
I've ordered from this place two times now and both times my stuff showed up looking like a total disaster! The first package was covered in soy sauce that spilled all over everything, and the second box had a smashed cream that leaked all over my food. I had to throw away more than half of what was in the boxes! When I called to complain, customer service only gave me a lousy $5 off my whole order. What a joke! I'm never buying from this place again!
Late delivery, unapologetic
So, yeah, I'm pretty frustrated. I tried talking to customer service about this, and they said it wouldn't happen again, but here we are. I get that there's a shortage of workers, but if you can't stick to the delivery times you promise, don't even bother offering them. The service was absolutely terrible and the way they treated me as a customer was unacceptable. I would give them a ZERO rating if I could.

I ordered some stuff for Christmas delivery and it was a total disaster. The delivery truck showed up with just a tiny bag that had hardly anything in it, all the important stuff was missing. I called customer service and they said the missing items were on another truck coming, and guaranteed delivery by 9pm. But surprise, surprise, they never showed up. Dealing with a company that can't keep their promises was super frustrating and disappointing.
