    Excessive plastic packaging

    I just got something delivered from this service and man, I was bummed to see how much unnecessary plastic packaging it came with. It's a bummer, cause those bags aren't even recyclable, and just donating them won't stop them from eventually going to a landfill. It's frustrating when a company values convenience over doing what's right for the environment. There are so many other delivery services out there that are more eco-friendly, and I think it's about time for this one to up their game.

    I've ordered from this place two times now and both times my stuff showed up looking like a total disaster! The first package was covered in soy sauce that spilled all over everything, and the second box had a smashed cream that leaked all over my food. I had to throw away more than half of what was in the boxes! When I called to complain, customer service only gave me a lousy $5 off my whole order. What a joke! I'm never buying from this place again!

I get that there's a shortage of workers, but if you can't stick to the delivery times you promise, don't even bother offering them.     I was really upset by how the customer service reps at this company treated me. I called to ask about portion sizes for meals I wanted to order for a friend going through a hard time, but instead of helping me, they were rude and unprofessional. Dealing with loss and grief is tough enough, but dealing with a customer service team that lacks empathy is just too much. Even though I was patient and clear about what I needed, they were still rude and didn't seem to care about helping me. This whole experience has turned me off from ever using this service again, and I plan to tell everyone I know about how terrible their customer service is.

    I've been dealing with non-stop telemarketing calls from this company lately. No matter how many times I've asked them to stop calling me, they just keep coming.     I had the worst experience with this service. They cancelled my delivery on a Monday after delaying it by two hours, only to reschedule it for that Friday. When Friday night came around, my delivery was nowhere to be seen. Customer service kept telling me it would be there in "5 minutes" twice, only to cancel my order for a second time! The service was absolutely terrible and the way they treated me as a customer was unacceptable. I would give them a ZERO rating if I could.

    Christmas delivery order

    I ordered some stuff for Christmas delivery and it was a total disaster. The delivery truck showed up with just a tiny bag that had hardly anything in it, all the important stuff was missing. I called customer service and they said the missing items were on another truck coming, and guaranteed delivery by 9pm. But surprise, surprise, they never showed up. Dealing with a company that can't keep their promises was super frustrating and disappointing.
