    Groceries made me sick

    I used to grab all my groceries from that spot in Manhattan, but then I got sick from their dairy, so I had to cut that out. Even though nothing smelled off, I kept track of what I ate and all the symptoms I had - turns out their perishables were the culprit. It was a bummer having to toss out a ton of stuff that had just been dropped off because it had already gone bad. I reached out to them, and they gave me a coupon, but I still can't bring myself to trust them with my perishable items. Plus, their prices aren't too great, so I rarely order from them anymore. If it's something non-perishable, I might consider it. But come on, why can't they keep their food fresh before delivering it?

    Unauthorized payment attempt

    I had a really bad experience with this company. They tried to take money out of my bank account without asking me first. I never even bought anything from them, so I was super surprised to see a charge from them on my statement. I'm really worried about how they got my bank info and why they thought it was okay to try to make me pay for something I didn't actually buy.

    Recent grocery delivery

    I ordered some groceries for delivery recently, and man, it was a total mess. I picked a delivery time, but my order came way later than expected. And get this - when I reached out to customer service for help, they didn't pick up the phone or reply to my texts. I was so annoyed that I couldn't even cancel my order when it was obvious it wasn't going to make it on time. Total bummer.

    Delivery driver experience

    At 8:30 in the morning, I got in trouble for not showing up at 8 like they wanted. Then they said I might not even have a job that day - just a backup driver. The way they handled things was terrible. I ended up waiting around forever with nothing to do. They could have at least trained me or had me help out in the warehouse. But nope, just wasting time. Everyone there was always griping, the customers weren't happy, and everything felt like a total mess. Just not a good vibe overall.

    Rotten produce, missing items, incompetent employees

    Today was just too much for me. I had to finally pull the plug on my subscription to this food delivery service. Each week, the produce is always spoiled, things go missing from my orders all the time, the delivery folks can't even seem to follow basic directions, and don't even get me started on the customer service - it's a complete disaster. None of the managers even tried to make things right or listen to my complaints. I'm so done with this unprofessional hot mess!
