One item from the latest collection
I bought something from the new collection not long ago. Got a confirmation email right after ordering, but it's been 13 days and still no word on when my package will arrive. I've been shopping with these guys for a while now, so I was really hoping for better service this time around.

So, yeah, I'm pretty frustrated. I tried talking to customer service about this, and they said it wouldn't happen again, but here we are. I get that there's a shortage of workers, but if you can't stick to the delivery times you promise, don't even bother offering them. It's just not cool to act like you don't care about the time and effort your customers put in.

False advertising
I bought something from this company because it was on sale. But then, as I was checking out, their website recommended another item that caught my eye, so I added it to my cart. When my package arrived, I realized that the extra item was actually the same as the one I bought before, just with a different picture and a higher price. I felt like the company's AI tricked me with false advertising. I reached out to Customer Service and they were quick to respond, but only gave me a small credit for the price difference. I didn't want three of the same thing and felt like they scammed me with their different photo and AI. Watch out for this company's sneaky tactics.

Leggings with hole after four wears
After just wearing these leggings four times, a hole popped up. I tried reaching out to customer service, but I haven't heard back from them. It's not cool that I spent £70 on these leggings and they fell apart so fast. The quality should be better for the price they're asking. And not getting any help from customer service is really getting on my nerves.

This service really saved me when I moved to a new town and wanted to find people to play tennis with. They had a great variety of players with different skill levels and backgrounds, so it was easy to find someone to play with. The customer service was amazing, always there to help out. I also appreciated the extra resources they had for tennis fans, it was a nice touch. My only suggestion would be for them to expand to Canada, I think it would be popular there too. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for anyone who wants to find tennis partners in their area quickly.

Shape wear that holds you in
This shapewear is seriously fantastic! It really hugs you in and makes you feel so confident. Plus, it's super comfy too, which is a huge plus. The only drawback is that sometimes you can see the zipper and seams through your clothes, but it's not a big deal for me. Overall, I'd definitely rate it a 5 out of 5!

I recently bought some clothes from the club, and they looked really good. The only issue was that they were poorly categorized on the website. The pictures and descriptions weren't the greatest, and I couldn't tell if the clothes had pockets or not. It would have been nice to have more info about the products. But hey, at least they have a return policy in case the clothes don't live up to what I expected.

Bent tank purchase
I just bought a tank from this company and when it arrived, I noticed it was bent. At first, I thought maybe that was how it was supposed to be, but after taking a closer look, I saw that it was a defect. I reached out to their customer service and, even though we had some back and forth through emails at first, they were able to quickly resolve the problem and are sending me a replacement. I have to say, their customer service was really good the whole time, and I'm grateful for how they made sure I was taken care of. I'll definitely keep them in mind for future purchases.

I was really looking forward to getting those awesome sunglasses I ordered that you can customize yourself with the lanyard and case color. But when they finally came, I was disappointed. No microfiber cloth? No hard case? Just a lanyard and a fabric bag? That's not cool at all.
