I just wanted to share how happy I am with the design services I used for my flyer/handout. The team really knocked it out of the park! Lawrence was the designer I worked with, and he totally nailed it in just one meeting. He not only knew his stuff, but he also took care of every issue I had with the design. I bought the sculpt tape contour from the cosmetics store, but I was disappointed because it arrived used and not in the condition I expected. I've tried reaching out to customer service through email and live chat, but I haven't heard back from them. It's frustrating not being able to get in touch, especially since I'm in the UK.

Outdoor furniture set
I just bought a new outdoor furniture set from this company. The quality and design of the set were good, but unfortunately, one of the seat back cushions was missing when it was delivered. Even with this hiccup, I was happy with how quickly it arrived and the price was fair. Now I'm waiting to hear back from the company about the missing cushion, and I'm hoping they'll take care of it quickly.

So, yeah, I'm pretty frustrated. I tried talking to customer service about this, and they said it wouldn't happen again, but here we are. I get that there's a shortage of workers, but if you can't stick to the delivery times you promise, don't even bother offering them. It's just not cool to act like you don't care about the time and effort your customers put in.

I signed up for a tour with this company, and I gotta say I was really let down by the whole thing. Just like a bunch of other folks, I shelled out money for a tour that wasn't at all what was promised. They changed up the plans without even telling us, and we missed out on some key spots. I tried asking for some of my money back, but they said they don't guarantee specific stops and wouldn't give me any kind of refund.

Website registration experience
I signed up for this platform thinking I'd get a free trial to see how it works before making any decisions. But to my surprise, there was no free trial available and I had to subscribe first before even seeing any products. This lack of clarity can be really annoying, especially for small businesses like mine who are just trying to figure out if this platform is worth the investment. It would be much better if they just promoted free sign-ups instead of tricking users with talk of a free trial. And if they do offer a trial, it should actually let users sell things on the platform, not just click around on the website.

This service really saved me when I moved to a new town and wanted to find people to play tennis with. They had a great variety of players with different skill levels and backgrounds, so it was easy to find someone to play with. The customer service was amazing, always there to help out. I also appreciated the extra resources they had for tennis fans, it was a nice touch. My only suggestion would be for them to expand to Canada, I think it would be popular there too. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for anyone who wants to find tennis partners in their area quickly.

This shapewear is seriously fantastic! It really hugs you in and makes you feel so confident. Plus, it's super comfy too, which is a huge plus. The only drawback is that sometimes you can see the zipper and seams through your clothes, but it's not a big deal for me. Overall, I'd definitely rate it a 5 out of 5!

Our experience with WebstaurantStore sucked. We ordered the right stuff but got the wrong things from some other supplier. Plus, the package didn't even need a signature when it was dropped off, which made us worry about security. And to top it off, the items came way earlier than expected without a heads up, which was a huge pain. When we tried to fix things and get the right stuff or a refund, the customer service folks were no help at all. They were more interested in avoiding blame than actually fixing the problem.

I just bought a tank from this company and when it arrived, I noticed it was bent. At first, I thought maybe that was how it was supposed to be, but after taking a closer look, I saw that it was a defect. I reached out to their customer service and, even though we had some back and forth through emails at first, they were able to quickly resolve the problem and are sending me a replacement. I have to say, their customer service was really good the whole time, and I'm grateful for how they made sure I was taken care of. I'll definitely keep them in mind for future purchases.
