Nightmare Shipping Experience
If you're trying to find a company with lousy customer service and crazy long shipping times, then this is the place for you. I asked about when my stuff would arrive and got the rudest and most unprofessional response ever. They clearly don't care about their customers at all. I decided to just forget about buying anything from them and I won't be coming back.
Exchange due to sizing issue
I bought some shoes at your store, but they're too big and I need a smaller size. I reached out to customer service to ask about an exchange, but they said there's no program for that. I love the shoes, but it's a bummer that I can't swap them for a size that fits better.
Cute earrings
Oh my goodness, I just got these adorable earrings from an online shop and they look exactly like the picture! I absolutely love them, they're just perfect! I've been wearing them non-stop and now I totally want to buy more stuff from this store. Thank you all so much, you're seriously the best!
Bought some cute shoes online
I ordered these really cute shoes online, you know? But like, I never got any tracking info for my order! I even tried contacting customer support, but no one got back to me. I ordered this awesome t-shirt and I was super pumped to receive it. But then I was worried it got lost in the mail. I reached out to them and they were really kind and quickly located my package. It felt like magic! Their customer service was top-notch, the best I've ever experienced!
Online order frustration
I'm so frustrated with the online order I made recently. I placed it on August 31st, but it's been all this time and I still haven't gotten my package. What's even worse is that they charged my card right away, but they waited five whole days to even send it out. And now, according to the Shop App tracking info, my package has been stuck in Wisconsin for four days. It doesn't make any sense because FedEx usually doesn't take that long, especially since the tracking number they gave me is for USPS, not FedEx. It seems like they messed up and didn't even bother to ship my order properly.
Shoes for son
I bought a pair of shoes for my son, but they didn't fit because he's in between sizes. So, I decided to order two sizes to make sure we got the right one, especially since the website said they had a return policy. But when I reached out to customer service to start the return, they told me I had to send the shoes back on my own. They said I needed a tracking number within 7 days and that shipping could cost $10-30, which is actually more than what the shoes cost. This return policy just doesn't seem fair and leaves customers with stuff that doesn't work for them.

I had a really good experience with the customer service at this company. Even though I messed up my order by getting the wrong size, the rep was really nice and gave me a discount when I exchanged it. I really like that they gave me a discount code and free shipping for my next order, and they even sent a free pair of shoes to replace the ones that didn't fit.
