Faulty products
I bought something from this company not too long ago, and I was super bummed out by what I got. The stuff I got was messed up and didn't work like they said it would. I tried to get a refund by contacting customer service, but they never got back to me. It's pretty irritating to think that this company might be purposely sending out crappy products and then not even bothering to listen to their customers.

We've got a flight booked for May 29th and we're really hoping things go smoothly until then. It would be such a drag if any issues popped up at the last minute! Keeping our fingers crossed that everything goes according to plan and we have a fantastic trip with no problems.

Awesome game
I've been playing this game for a long time, remember we had to unlock Loki to start and now there's so much more to do! It's the best MMORPG Looter Shooter out there, the grind is real but worth it if you can put in the time. There's so much you can do in this game - kill stuff, fly a spaceship, fish, skateboard, play Guitar Hero, and customize EVERYTHING. The possibilities are endless and it's a blast. I love all the Warframes and weapons you can choose from, always something new to try. Overall, awesome game, awesome devs, I'd keep playing forever if I could.

I just bought something and I gotta say, I'm really happy with what I got. Their customer service was great and the product was even better than I thought it would be. The size was just right too, which is always a worry when you're shopping online. I got my package right on time and it was in perfect shape. Tour of Ecuador
The trip I took to Ecuador with Exoticca was really well-planned and had a great pace that let us really make the most of our time there. Our guides, Alex and Eddie, were awesome - super knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all things Ecuador, from history to culture. The only thing I kinda wished for was a bit more presence from a guide while we were in Galapagos. But, I gotta say, Exoticca really impressed me with how flexible and helpful they were when my return flight got changed, even hooking me up with an extra night at no charge. Overall, I had a really good time and would totally think about booking with them again down the road.

Recent purchase experience
My recent shopping experience at the store was pretty disappointing. I bought a bunch of stuff online three weeks ago, but I still don't know when it's gonna show up. And to top it off, they told me it's gonna come in four different deliveries, which is such a hassle. Plus, every time I've been to the store in Woodbury, the employees were totally unhelpful and didn't know anything about what they were selling. Overall, dealing with this brand has been a letdown and makes me really think twice about shopping there again.

Life-saving device
This device seriously saved my baby's life! I'm a pediatrician, so I thought I'd be able to tell if my newborn was sick, but the Owlet totally proved me wrong. It caught low oxygen levels in my baby, and that made me rush to get medical help. After a few days in the hospital, my baby's lungs got stronger, and I can't thank this device enough. It was worth every single cent!

Our designer Shemiah really nailed it and brought my vision to life, even going above and beyond what I had hoped for. This was my first time using Modsy, and I was amazed by how well she understood my style and what I like. My husband was also blown away by the final design. The technology they use is seriously mind-blowing, especially the 360-degree feature that captured our room perfectly. I'm so excited to buy all the products they recommended to complete the look.

Got these for my partner and I and we haven’t stopped using them. We love how easy they are to use and how fast they can actually go. Battery could last a little longer but I’m pretty sure it’s cuz we fly doing 20mph most of the time.

Puzzles
We purchased two puzzles from this company over Thanksgiving. It took a month for the items to arrive. Both puzzles were supposed to come in a box as described by their website, but were instead shipped in a burlap bag. I immediately e-mailed the company, who said the box was an extra fee, but there was absolutely no indication of that in the product description. It explicitly said it came with a box. Company again refused to acknowledge their error, saying I misunderstood, and offered to refund $5 without sending the item back. I told them I wanted either the boxes shipped to us, or a refund with the company paying the return shipping. They ignored my request. Tried to escalate with Paypal, but they only offered a refund if I paid for the return shipping (nearly $30 to return shipping to China).
Do not buy from this Company! They will scam you with the product, then deny responsibility and blame you instead for misunderstanding. Either something is completely getting lost in translation (something I should have picked up early on from their website grammar and descriptions) or they simply don't care once they have your hard-earned money.
