Baby monitor camera malfunction
I had a really terrible experience with this company's customer service. My baby monitor's camera suddenly stopped working, and that's pretty important for a device like this. When I called their customer service team, they couldn't help me and said they'd have someone call me back. Instead of a call, I got an email asking me questions I'd already answered. It's frustrating dealing with a company that can't give a simple solution to a problem. I'm not sure if they're just bad at their jobs or intentionally being difficult, but their responses haven't been helpful at all. They keep suggesting things I've already tried, and they don't seem to get that the camera is just broken. I'd suggest avoiding this company because they're expensive and have the worst customer service ever.
Sock and camera
The sock does an okay job, but the camera isn't that great. It keeps lagging and cutting out, even with what is supposed to be a strong internet connection. When I reached out to customer service about the problems, all they gave me were basic, unhelpful responses. I'd recommend opting for a traditional radio baby monitor instead of a wifi one.
Owlet sock purchase
As a new parent, I wanted to keep an eye on my baby's oxygen levels while sleeping. So, I thought buying the monitoring sock would be a good idea. But man, it didn't turn out as well as I hoped. The first night we used it, the low oxygen alarm kept going off, freaking me out. We hurried to the hospital, and guess what? The baby was totally okay. I felt even more stressed out and worried after that. The doctors basically said relying on that sock was like trusting an Apple Watch, which didn't make me feel any better. So, we decided to ditch the sock altogether. Honestly, I think products like that just feed off our fears and make us waste money. I wish I hadn't even bothered with it.
Cam 2 malfunctioning, lacking recording feature
I bought the Cam 2 not too long ago, but I'm not happy with it. The video clip recording feature isn't working like it should, even though that's one of the main reasons I got it. I've contacted customer support a bunch of times, but they keep making empty promises and not following through. It's been two months now, and the problem still isn't fixed. They even released an app update, but the recording issue is still there, despite them saying it would be fixed. I'm pretty disappointed because not only was the camera pricey, but it's not doing what it's supposed to do.
Sock monitoring system
The sock monitoring system is pretty good at keeping track, but the camera part is not great. Even though we set up a mesh network, the camera still doesn't work well and needs an extra camera for watching everything properly. Plus, the camera app is just really annoying to deal with and not good quality.
Silent Baby Monitor
I bought a baby monitor from this company, and it's not as great as they claim. They say it has high-tech sound detection, but really, it's slow with a 15-second delay and sometimes misses sounds in the room. It's a worry when you're trying to keep an eye on a baby. Also, the camera is super slow to respond when you want to check the live feed, like it takes 1-2 minutes sometimes. It's frustrating and not helpful in urgent moments.
Owlet sock connectivity problems
I've had the Owlet sock for about a year, and I always seem to have problems with it disconnecting from the WiFi. It's annoying because I have to constantly adjust the settings and re-sync it. Also, it only connects to 2.4Ghz WiFi, which seems old-fashioned in this day and age. I mean, most of our other devices use 5.0Ghz, so why is this still a problem? But when it does work, it works well.
Baby monitor camera
I was pretty disappointed with my recent purchase of the baby monitor camera. The picture quality is awesome, but the app is seriously lacking, especially if someone else is trying to use it. It takes forever for the picture to show up, I often have to keep opening and closing the app. And forget about trying to get it into full screen mode, it hardly ever works. Plus, the notifications are super delayed, sometimes I hear my baby crying before I even get the notification. I should've read more reviews before buying it, other customers mentioned the same issues. On top of that, there's no extra features like soft music or white noise, which makes me feel like I wasted my money on this product.

I made the mistake of buying a baby monitor without looking at the reviews, and I was pretty surprised by how slow the camera feed was. I was so concerned about getting wrong information that I didn't even bother trying out the sock attachment. Faulty product
This company is terrible, like the worst ever. I bought a Cam1 that turned out to be a complete dud. It won't even connect to my phone, no matter what I try. I reached out to the tech team for help, but all they did was bounce me back to the main team for a refund. It's just an endless cycle of frustration and let down. I feel like they're intentionally dragging things out so they can avoid reimbursing me before my warranty expires. The customer service is a complete disaster, I'm absolutely furious.
Camera 2 purchase
I was really bummed out by Camera 2 because the app kept freezing all the time, making it hard for me to keep an eye on my baby properly. Even though the image quality was pretty good, especially in low light, the camera would freeze and not show what was happening in real-time, so I couldn't really trust it for accurate monitoring. To be honest, I don't think it's worth the money and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
Wireless sock in cool colors
This wireless sock is so convenient and easy to put on! The information it provides is really accurate, and the app is amazing! I did have a small problem with a bug, but when I reached out to customer service, they were super responsive and really paid attention to my concerns. I don't understand why some folks left negative reviews - this sock is fantastic!

I bought this baby monitoring sock and it's been a total letdown. The sock keeps losing its connection to WiFi and the app keeps saying "Searching for base" over and over again. I have to go through the whole rigmarole of reconnecting the base to WiFi every time the sock disconnects. I even tried moving the base closer to the WiFi router, but it doesn't help at all. It's pretty obvious that this product was not well thought out or made, and whoever wrote the code for it should be fired ASAP.

The prices at this place are outrageous for what you get, and their customer service is just awful. If you have any problems, be ready to deal with difficult people and a lot of headaches. It's a total nightmare. The device itself is not reliable, sometimes losing connection to wifi for no reason. I wouldn't recommend trusting this company or device for consistent monitoring.

I've been using these baby monitor socks for about a month now and I gotta say, they've been working like a charm for me. As a new dad, I've been pretty stressed about taking care of my first child, but these socks have really helped ease my mind. I've noticed some folks leaving negative comments, but honestly, I think they just need to take a little time to read the instructions and app guidelines to get the hang of it.
All you gotta do is make sure the sensor is on the baby, place the base on a higher floor, and you shouldn't have any issues with the connection. Oh, and be careful not to put the sock on too tight or too loose, and try not to hold the baby too close with the sock on because it can mess with the radio waves and cause some hiccups in the connection. But other than that, the camera and sock combo are really awesome!Difficult camera pairing
The camera pairing process was so aggravating and took forever. I probably spent close to an hour attempting to get it to recognize the QR code, but no matter what I tried, it just wouldn't cooperate. I was super frustrated and felt like it was such a waste of my time.

I bought a baby monitor from this company to keep an eye on my little one while he sleeps, hoping it would give me some peace of mind. But soon after using it, I realized that the monitor had been hacked. It really freaked me out to think that someone might have been watching and listening to my baby without me knowing. I did some digging and found out that this has been a recurring problem since 2018, and the company keeps brushing it off, just telling people to change their passwords. Even though I had a strong, 16-character password, it wasn't enough because of a security flaw in the app's back door. It's pretty alarming to find out that the company doesn't see their product as a security tool and doesn't seem to care much about keeping their customers' info safe. This whole thing has me feeling let down and worried about the lack of responsibility from the company.

I just got a baby monitor and it's been awesome for our house. The camera works super fast, giving me a live feed of my son in just 2 seconds. I love the notifications I get, even when I'm not home or out in the yard while my girlfriend is home. I'm really happy with this purchase, definitely the best thing I've bought for myself and my son.
