I just had my first interaction with this company and dang, my package got taken by my nosy neighbors. But let me tell you, the customer service team at this place really came through for me. They hooked me up with a free replacement, no questions asked. I was really blown away by how awesome and caring they were. Originally, I was gonna give that purchase to my girlfriend as a gift, but now I'm thinking about getting more stuff from this company because of how well they treated me.

Cyber security boot camp
I signed up for the cyber security boot camp at this place hoping it would help me get started in my career in the field. The course was really informative and well-organized, covering a lot of topics that were important in the industry. The instructors knew their stuff and were really helpful, guiding us through the program. But, I ran into some issues with the career counseling services they offered. Even though I did everything they asked for in the job guarantee, the career counselors were no help at all. They didn't find any good job opportunities for me, and when I asked for a refund, the new career counseling manager just said no without much explanation. Plus, asking for 5-star reviews in exchange for Amazon gift cards seems shady and makes me question the institution's ethics.

Silent Baby Monitor
I bought a baby monitor from this company, and it's not as great as they claim. They say it has high-tech sound detection, but really, it's slow with a 15-second delay and sometimes misses sounds in the room. It's a worry when you're trying to keep an eye on a baby. Also, the camera is super slow to respond when you want to check the live feed, like it takes 1-2 minutes sometimes. It's frustrating and not helpful in urgent moments.

Tour Windsor, Bath, & Stonehenge
I had such a blast on the Windsor, Bath, & Stonehenge tour! Our tour guide, Bruce, was hilarious and really knew his stuff, and our coach driver, Armando, was super smooth behind the wheel. The ride back felt a little lengthy, but Bruce kept us entertained with jokes and cool facts about the villages we went through. I'd definitely suggest this tour to my loved ones.

I am just so let down by this company, I can't even tell you. I got the Kerastase specifique bain prevention and Kerastase genesis serum and at first, I was thrilled with how my hair was looking. Seemed like I finally found the perfect product! But then when I ordered more and got a different batch, everything went downhill. My scalp started burning, my eyes were bothering me, and my hair was getting thinner instead of fuller and healthier like it was supposed to. So I looked into it more and found out that the first batch was made in France, and the second batch was made in Spain. Like seriously?? How can they sell different quality stuff in the same packaging and not even give us a heads up? It's not right, it's deceitful, and it's totally not cool.

Shirt and Pants
I went to a clothing store recently and let me tell you, I was super disappointed with the whole vibe there. The staff was seriously lacking when it came to customer service skills, especially the manager. She barely gave me the time of day when I asked a simple question about a product, and it was clear she didn't care about making sure customers were happy. And get this, some of the staff were visibly sick and not even wearing masks! One of them even said the manager discouraged taking sick days unless it was really serious. That's just not cool. This lack of concern for employee and customer well-being is just not okay and makes the store look bad. It's obvious that they care more about making money than actually taking care of their people. I won't be going back there and I suggest you avoid it too until they make some big changes.
