    I got some jeans and a t-shirt.

    Brand For Less was awesome before, but now it's a whole different story. Prices are through the roof! I mean, a Lacoste polo shirt was $129 before, and now it's $279! That's twice as much, not cool at all. Might as well hit up the Lacoste store, way better deals there. Basically, all the brands in that store are pricey now, total bummer.

    Oh my gosh, I just had to talk about my experience with BFL because I am totally shocked! So I went there to pick up some skin care products, like a Pixi toner and those acne patches, and can you believe how affordable they were? It was seriously a steal. Normally I buy those things at those fancy makeup stores and they're like three times the price. Finding them at BFL made me so happy. But then, when I tried to go back and get more, they were all sold out! I was really disappointed, but I guess that's just the way it goes when you come across amazing deals like that, you know?

    Yeah, so like, I bought this watch last week and it was totally not what I was expecting from the website. So then, I wanted to return it, but before the courier people even came to get the watch, they sent a small like notification. And then, they just canceled the whole collection thing without even like giving a reason. And this happened twice! The customer service was terrible, they just gave me like these formal replies, not even trying to help or anything. I would definitely not recommend buying from this store or online from there, like, zero customer service for sure.

    XOXO brand sleepers

    I went to a store the other day to find some XOXO brand slippers. I told the sales lady what I was looking for, but she was busy with setting up displays for new stock. No one seemed interested in helping me out. When I finally found a salesman and asked for assistance, he just recommended ordering online instead of buying in the store. I was pretty bummed about the lack of customer service in that situation.

    My time at Brands For Less was awesome. They have so many products at great prices, it's really amazing. The store was super organized, so it was a breeze to find what I needed. The employees were so helpful, knew their stuff, and gave top-notch service. I want to give a shout out to Krizcel, who was so friendly and welcoming at the checkout. Her smile made my shopping trip even better. I'll definitely be back to Brands For Less for all my clothes and home decor stuff.

    I got a gift for someone on the 24th, and it was supposed to get here by the 27th. But would you believe it's already the 30th and still no sign of it? The delivery folks keep giving me the runaround, and Brands For Less isn't much help either. I've had to call them multiple times, and all they do is promise to check with the delivery service, but nothing changes. It's a real letdown because I really needed that gift by the 27th, and now that ship has sailed. I hope they just cancel the order and give me my money back quickly.

    My recent online shopping experience with them was not great. I ordered something online, but they sent me the wrong size. When I contacted their customer service team to fix it, it was super frustrating. The responses were all automated and didn't actually help me at all. It left me feeling disappointed and like my problem wasn't being taken seriously.

    I recently bought some clothes online from the store at Ghazal Mall. But when I went to pick up my order, I was really bummed because the pants I had ordered had messed up buttons and looked all crumpled like they were just thrown in the bag without anyone even looking at them. It was frustrating to see such a lack of care and attention to detail.

    My new t-shirt and shorts

    So, you know, I went to Brands for Less and found this super cute t-shirt and shorts on sale. But OMG, the lady at the register was seriously not nice! She was totally mocking me because I was having a hard time understanding her, even though I was being really polite and trying my best. It was so embarrassing and made me feel awful. I even spoke to the manager and another shopper supported my side, but nothing really changed. I am so frustrated and let down! I thought that brands were all about treating customers well, no matter what. I even saw a sign about zero tolerance for racism and all that in the UAE. That's just not cool, man.

The bags were super sturdy and well put together, and even the packaging was really nice. Plus, they arrived really fast and the box they came in was really strong. The black hoodie I bought was super high quality and the price was unbeatable. I'm really at a loss for words at how amazing Brands For Less is.

    I went to a clothing store recently and let me tell you, I was super disappointed with the whole vibe there. The staff was seriously lacking when it came to customer service skills, especially the manager. She barely gave me the time of day when I asked a simple question about a product, and it was clear she didn't care about making sure customers were happy. And get this, some of the staff were visibly sick and not even wearing masks! One of them even said the manager discouraged taking sick days unless it was really serious. That's just not cool. This lack of concern for employee and customer well-being is just not okay and makes the store look bad. It's obvious that they care more about making money than actually taking care of their people. I won't be going back there and I suggest you avoid it too until they make some big changes.
