Shoe purchase with fraying laces
So, I recently bought a pair of shoes from this company and man, was I let down by the laces. Those things started falling apart real fast and eventually just broke, making the shoes pretty much useless. I didn't even wear them that much and already they were falling apart. I tried reaching out to customer service to see if I could get some new laces, but turns out they don't even have any. The customer service team couldn't help me out at all, so now I'm stuck with these shoes I can't even wear and a big hole in my wallet. The lack of quality control and the fact that I can't even replace the laces has left me feeling really disappointed with my purchase.

Jewelry Subscription, Elegant Packaging, Beautiful Postcard
I signed up for a month of this jewelry subscription cause my bestie told me it was awesome, and man, was she right! The quality and beauty of the jewelry in the package totally blew me away. The fancy packaging really added a special touch, and the little postcard explaining the inspiration behind the set was super sweet and made me love the pieces even more. I wasn't sure at first if I wanted to keep subscribing, but now I'm totally hooked on this jewelry service!

Online purchase of clothing
I recently bought some clothes online from the store at Ghazal Mall. But when I went to pick up my order, I was really bummed because the pants I had ordered had messed up buttons and looked all crumpled like they were just thrown in the bag without anyone even looking at them. It was frustrating to see such a lack of care and attention to detail.
