I recently bought a pair of shoes from this brand and I gotta say, I was blown away by the quality. The craftsmanship and attention to detail that went into making these shoes were top-notch. The shoes I got from this place were seriously top-notch, just like I knew they would be coming from this store. Oh my gosh, I just got these new shoes and they arrived super quick! They look awesome, I really recommend trying them on in person before ordering online. And definitely double check your size, you don't want them hurting your feet!
Shoe purchase with fraying laces
So, I recently bought a pair of shoes from this company and man, was I let down by the laces. Those things started falling apart real fast and eventually just broke, making the shoes pretty much useless. I didn't even wear them that much and already they were falling apart. I tried reaching out to customer service to see if I could get some new laces, but turns out they don't even have any. The customer service team couldn't help me out at all, so now I'm stuck with these shoes I can't even wear and a big hole in my wallet. The lack of quality control and the fact that I can't even replace the laces has left me feeling really disappointed with my purchase.

I just bought these awesome leather sneakers from the store and man, I gotta tell you, they are top-notch! Super comfy, stylish, and just perfect for my shoe collection. Already getting tons of compliments on them.

Vegan leather sneakers
I've been through a few pairs of vegan leather sneakers, and decided to go with Mason Garments this time. But, after just six months, a random tear showed up that definitely wasn't from regular use. It seemed like a quality issue to me. I contacted customer service, and they asked for pictures of the damage. I sent them right away, but sadly, I never got a response. Just a heads up - steer clear of this brand's vegan leather shoes.
Tia vegan leather shoe return
I just returned a pair of Tia vegan leather shoes to get a different size, like it says in the return policy. But when I gave back the shoes, they told me I'd be getting a refund instead of the size swap I wanted. It was confusing and frustrating because I really needed a different size. I tried contacting customer service to clear things up, but they weren't very helpful and didn't really solve my problem. The whole return process was a lot bumpier than I expected and I was pretty disappointed with how it all went down.

I just got a new pair of shoes from your site and they came looking kinda beat up. The soles were dirty, and there were scuff marks and a scratch on the side. I tried reaching out to customer service about it to see what we can do, but I haven't heard anything back yet.
My shoes falling apart after only 5 months.
My shoes are just 5 months old and I barely even wear them, but the rings where the laces go keep coming out. I've sent them in for repair twice now, and they only fixed them for a short time. Just two weeks later, the rings fell out again. They told me there's nothing more they can do, and now I'm feeling like I wasted a bunch of money.

I used to buy a ton of shoes at this place, but now I'm pretty annoyed because I recently got a pair with a defect. I've tried reaching out to customer service through the app and email, but I still haven't heard back from them. I think I'm gonna stop buying shoes from here.
Mismatched colors, slow refund process
The shoes I got didn't look like the colors on the website. When I tried to send them back, it was such a pain, and it took forever to get my money back. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest this place to anybody.
