Oh my gosh, I got a nude lip liner and a grey eyeliner and they were absolutely amazing! I'm serious, I usually stay away from these kinds of products because of past bad experiences, but these ones were way better. The eyeliner glided on so smoothly and the LFF Tutorial videos were really helpful. Also, the products came in such nice packaging and they arrived quickly. I am seriously so impressed!

Hotel booking for vacation
I have to say, I was really disappointed with my recent experience booking a hotel using this platform. The website was all messed up, hard to figure out, and just a pain to use. And the customer service? Don't even get me started - took forever to hear back, not very helpful, and seemed like they didn't care at all about helping me out. And the prices? Ridiculously high for what you get. And when it came to finally getting my booking, let's just say I wasn't surprised that it was a letdown. Tia vegan leather shoe return
I just returned a pair of Tia vegan leather shoes to get a different size, like it says in the return policy. But when I gave back the shoes, they told me I'd be getting a refund instead of the size swap I wanted. It was confusing and frustrating because I really needed a different size. I tried contacting customer service to clear things up, but they weren't very helpful and didn't really solve my problem. The whole return process was a lot bumpier than I expected and I was pretty disappointed with how it all went down.

Massage appointment satisfaction
I just had a massage appointment and it was amazing! The therapist was so professional and nice, and had a technique that really helped me relax and feel refreshed. I live in a rural area, so it usually takes about half an hour to confirm the appointment on the app. But I usually book ahead of time so the little delay didn't bother me at all. I bet in a city, appointments are quicker to confirm, but it's all good for me.

Rats at a beach hotel
Ew, I spent some time at this beach hotel and let me tell you, it was straight out of a horror movie! The room I got stuck in was infested with rats, I mean real rats running all over the place. I could hear them scurrying inside the walls and even caught sight of them in the room! It was beyond disgusting, I was in total disbelief. To top it off, they were even hanging out in the toilet! Like, seriously, how does that even happen? The whole thing was a nightmare, I couldn't wait to get out of there.

Subscription issue
My subscription got off to a rough start back in December when I couldn't get my product registered. It took me 2 weeks to hear back from customer service, and the first response didn't even apply to Mac users like me - it was meant for PC folks. After I clarified the situation over email, they finally gave me the right instructions to fix things. The product is okay, with cloud services and well-known brands, but I think they should think about adding more online storage options like pcloud down the line.
