Video doorbell purchase
I bought a video doorbell because it had great reviews. But I was pretty bummed out by the battery life. I reached out to customer service and I had to send them some proof of what was going on. They ended up sending me a replacement, which made me a lot happier with the whole situation.
x10 Omni robot vacuum
The x10 Omni robot vacuum has really made a difference for me. It not only cuts down on how often I have to vacuum, but it also handles small spills like a pro. The AI navigation is smooth and the robot breezes past obstacles without a hitch. The map editing feature is a really nice touch, letting me adjust cleaning zones as I see fit. On top of that, the customer service has been outstanding, always quick to respond and ready to help with any issues. I definitely suggest the x10 Omni to anyone who wants to make cleaning easier and keep their home looking spotless without much effort.
Omni X10 order
I was really pumped to order the Omni X10 because I heard it was the latest and greatest tech gadget out there. However, I was surprised when it said it would take 3-7 working days for delivery! The 7 days came and went, and still no sign of my Omni X10. So, I decided to contact customer support to figure out what was going on. It's been an extra 2 working days and I still haven't heard anything back! I've used eufy products before and they were decent, but this whole situation is definitely making me reconsider buying from them in the future.
Solar panel security cameras
I bought a bunch of solar panel security cameras back in October 2022. Just recently, after 18 months, the solar panel crapped out on me, but the camera is still going strong. When I contacted Eufy support, they first said they wouldn't replace it since the warranty had expired. However, after I reached out to the UK General Manager via email, they finally agreed to send me a replacement camera.
Security kit and doorbell
The security kit and doorbell are super easy to set up and use. This is actually my second time buying them because I just moved and needed a new one. I love how they are really reliable and do a great job of giving me peace of mind. I definitely suggest this product to anyone who wants a straightforward and effective security option.

Robotic vacuum cleaner
I just got this robot vacuum and it kinda sucked, not in the good way. It wasn't picking up anything and I was getting pretty annoyed. But I gotta hand it to the company, they really came through with their customer service. They went out of their way to help me out and gave me a refund right away. I've never seen a company do that before. They even checked in to make sure I got the money back. I have to say, I'm pretty impressed with how much they care about keeping their customers happy.
Home security system purchase
At first, I was pretty annoyed to hear that my order was delayed because the stuff I ordered was at different spots. But man, the customer service team totally came through and fixed everything up real quick. They even speeded up my delivery. So when my items finally got here, I was pleasantly surprised by how simple it was to install everything. I got a base unit, doorbell, and a 360-degree camera, and it only took me about an hour and a half to get it all set up. And get this - I didn't even need any special tools to do it. The camera quality is top-notch, and I even threw in another 360-degree camera without any issues. All in all, I'm super happy with this home security system.
Smart home robots and accessories
So, I tried out some of the smart home robots and accessories from this company and they were really great in terms of quality and how well they work. But I gotta tell ya, my experience with making payments online wasn't so great. Sometimes my orders got canceled for no reason and I lost out on using my discount coupons. Luckily, I reached out to the support team and they hooked me up with some new coupons. Overall, the products are awesome but they gotta work on making the online payment process better.
Discounted camera purchase
I got this camera on sale for such a great deal, I couldn't resist. It showed up fast and was packaged well. Setting it up on the WiFi with the app was a piece of cake. Installing the camera and solar panel was easy peasy. It's been working flawlessly for a few weeks now. The picture quality is top-notch and the controls give me lots of options for where to point it. I'll definitely be buying from this place again.
Outdoor security camera
I just bought this outdoor security camera that was supposed to be top-notch with great performance and long battery life. But dang, after just 17 months, the battery started dying super fast. Like, it loses half its power within only 2 days of charging it up all the way. And to top it off, you can't even replace the batteries and the warranty was only good for 12 months. It feels like they made this thing to break on purpose! So now I gotta start searching for a new camera from a different brand that hopefully has a longer warranty.
Video doorbell purchase
I just got a new video doorbell as a cheaper option to one of the big-name brands. So far, it's been working great and I love that I don't have to pay for a subscription to see my video clips. It was delivered fast and setting it up was a breeze. The app that comes with it is user-friendly and makes everything easy to use.
eufy cameras
I bought two cameras back in November and let me tell you, they are just terrible. These cameras keep disconnecting all the time, and when I called customer service for help, they said it was because of interference and didn't do anything about it. I looked into it and turns out, I'm not the only one dealing with this issue. There are tons of people on Reddit experiencing the same thing, but the company won't admit there's a problem. It's so annoying and really not okay.
Smart home security system purchase
I just bought a smart home security system from this company and let me tell you, I am really impressed with how good the products are. The setup was a breeze and the system has been working perfectly since day one. I really like how they paid attention to the little details and the interface is so easy to use. It's obvious to me that they care about their products and their brand.
Security cameras
I recently got these security cameras, and let me tell you, they're really cool! Setting them up was a breeze, and they connect easily to my wi-fi. The only downside is that I wish they could catch more sunlight, but it's all good. The plastic mounting brackets are kind of annoying to tighten because they're so slick. Another thing is, I really wish I could adjust the camera's frame rate and get recordings in 4K. And when it comes to notifications, I only want them if a face it doesn't recognize shows up.
Doorbell and chime system purchase
This doorbell and chime system is really great once you get the setup process down. The instructions could have been a bit clearer on the order to add the chime device and the doorbell to the system. But once I figured that out, it worked perfectly. One of the best things about it is that there's no annual subscription fee to view recorded data, unlike Ring which requires a subscription for remote data storage. The data is stored on an SD card in the chime, which is a cost-effective option for those who want to avoid extra fees.
Camera purchase
I had a really frustrating experience with Evri, the delivery company. The person delivering my package just chucked my camera over the gate rather than walking a little further to the front door. Because of that, my camera ended up sitting in the middle of my driveway getting soaked in the rain. Their careless attitude towards handling my delivery made me doubt the company's trustworthiness and overall professionalism.
Eufy Cam
I recently got a Eufy Cam and setting it up was tough for me since I'm not great with tech stuff. But Aimee from customer support was fantastic and helped me a ton. The camera has excellent quality and I really like the LED light feature. The battery status report is easy to understand and the picture quality is top-notch. Sometimes the alerts are a little strange, but I think it's just my Android phone acting up. Maybe they should consider making a tutorial for older folks like me who struggle with technology. Despite that, I'm really pleased with the camera and the awesome customer service I received. Definitely deserving of 5 stars!
Video doorbell purchase
Be sure to get that video doorbell set up on your phone before you start putting up the cameras. I wish they gave more details on how far the cameras can reach. I made the mistake of putting one too far from my garage door and the alarm didn't even go off.
Wi-Fi security camera system
The Wi-Fi security camera system works pretty well overall, but I've been pretty annoyed by the lack of support when one of the cameras stopped working. I got the system over a year ago, and recently one of the cameras crapped out on me. Since the warranty was only for a year, I was stuck paying $179 for a new camera after already dropping $476 on the control unit and two cameras. It's pretty frustrating that Eufy doesn't offer any sort of repair services or discounts on replacement cameras, so you're looking at some serious long-term costs with this system. If I had to do it all over again, I'd definitely go with a wired system to avoid having to constantly swap out batteries and shell out big bucks for replacements.
