The person who responded wasn't a native English speaker, but they were still better at English than I am at French. My order arrived within three days from the UK, which I thought was really impressive. The delivery service even gave me options to leave the package in a safe place, which worked well for me since I'm at work most of the week. The package presentation was just okay, more practical than fancy, but at least it was wrapped in tissue paper. The quality of the product was a bit disappointing because the dress I bought didn't have a lining or side zip. However, it was very pretty and the details were really nice. I didn't need to return the item, so I can't speak to that process, but the instructions did include a UK return address, suggesting it wouldn't be too expensive to send back.
