Review about: Eufy
Robotic vacuum cleaner
I just got this robot vacuum and it kinda sucked, not in the good way. It wasn't picking up anything and I was getting pretty annoyed. But I gotta hand it to the company, they really came through with their customer service. They went out of their way to help me out and gave me a refund right away. I've never seen a company do that before. They even checked in to make sure I got the money back. I have to say, I'm pretty impressed with how much they care about keeping their customers happy.

Botched delivery
This company absolutely does not deserve a single star. They completely messed up my order by sending it to the wrong address, then completely ghosted me. It's impossible to get ahold of them - I've tried Instagram, Facebook, phone calls, and emails, but nothing. I did get an automated message saying my order was on its way, but who knows if it's even going the right way. Needless to say, I will not be shopping with them again. This is hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Body lotion for keratosis pilaris
I've been dealing with keratosis pilaris for a long time, tried a bunch of products that didn't work, and finally decided to try this body lotion. I'm really happy I did because it's made a big difference for my skin. The bumps and rough patches have gone down a lot since I started using it. Plus, it soaks in fast and doesn't make my skin feel oily. I definitely suggest giving it a try if you're dealing with the same skin issue.

Face balancing/treatment oil
I was so bummed when I found out my favorite product was sold out. I've been using it for over 20 years and was really looking forward to getting some more. I do appreciate the promos and free samples, but I really wish they had my usual product in stock. I'm gonna try out a different one and cross my fingers for good results.
