Perfume purchase
I just bought a perfume from this company, but it wasn't what I thought it would be. The smell wasn't what I was expecting, so I talked to Sobelia's customer service about it. They were actually really understanding and said they would send me a prepaid label to send it back. They processed my refund quickly and in full. I'm happy with how they handled everything in the end.

I recently bought Spacer Wireless bras and I gotta say, I'm beyond happy with how comfy and high-quality they are. I've snagged four bras from them so far and every single one fits like a dream, feels super cozy, and gives me the support I need. Designer glasses purchase
I wanna talk about these glasses I got recently from this company. I found them on a marketplace and thought they were designer, but when they arrived, they looked nothing like the pictures online. And guess what? I couldn't even return them.
I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times and finally got in touch with a supervisor who told me to talk to the marketplace vendor. The vendor was in China and said they couldn't do returns, and I had to go back to the company I bought them from - Express. So, I contacted Express again, and they basically said tough luck, nothing they could do.
Now, I'm stuck with these glasses I don't even like, and they cost me a lot of money. It's a total bummer.Review about: AppSumo

Oh my gosh, this site is seriously awesome! They have the coolest stuff for sale and it's all pretty affordable. I love how everyone pitches in to help each other decide what to buy, it's so useful. And let me tell you, the customer service is top of the line! They're super fast and make sure everything is just right!

Oh my gosh, I was so upset last week because I ordered these adorable t-shirts and they took forever to get here. I was totally ready to write a bad review, but then they finally showed up today and I was like, "Oh, okay, there must've been a delay or something." So yeah, I'm gonna take back the bad review I was gonna leave. Turns out, the t-shirts are actually really nice and good quality!

Stainless steel soap dispenser
The stainless steel soap dispenser I got is pretty much what I expected. It's been working fine since I got it a few days ago. My only issue was with the service - it took a while to get updates after I ordered. But when I emailed customer service, they got back to me quickly and the shipping and delivery were fast too.

Great prices and selection
Oh my gosh, the prices were amazing and they had so many awesome things to pick from. The website was a bit slow, but I think that's just because so many people are shopping. When my stuff arrived, it came really quickly and everything fit perfectly. I really appreciate that they show different body types on the models, it really helps to see how things will look on me. I'm excited to shop here again!

door/window sensors and cameras
My sensors keep freaking out for no reason, and I'm starting to think it's because the batteries are just old. We've stopped setting our alarm because of this. The cameras are also going offline so easily, and it's getting really irritating. Our previous security company was so much better - we didn't have any problems for a whole 3 years!

This website is an absolute scam! They quote exaggerated prices on their website then entice shoppers with false discounts and "store credit vouchers", which even after application is still about 30% more expensive than other websites! Their customer service is an absolute joke, completely unprofessional and days to respond. For months, I had received twice daily emails reminding me that I had an over $250 in my inbox that I had tried to use, which when applied was showing half the amount. When asked that they rectify the error, I was advised that the voucher was a glitch in their system and that not only was I not entitled to it, but that I had received an undeserved discount on a previous purchase over 4 months ago that I was not entitled to, and that as an act of goodwill they would allow me to keep those items! Completely absurd! I have now done further research and uncovered their scam! Fictitious high prices, fake discounts, and and at the end of the day, you are still paying well over retail!
