Bought a package, no test results
Oh my god, I can't believe this! I paid for a package and I didn't get any test results like they said I would. I tried emailing them, but no one got back to me. I just really wanted to speak with a live person, but I couldn't get a hold of anyone. It's really disappointing, I wouldn't recommend it at all!
I bought a fitness scan weeks ago, had to reschedule last minute and now no one's responding.
I had scheduled a fitness scan a few weeks back for this Sunday, right? Then, out of the blue, they emailed me on Friday saying they had to cancel. And now, I can't even get anyone to respond. I mean, I could have just done it on my own and saved some cash, you know?
body scan
I recently had a pretty disappointing experience with Fitnescity. I got my body scan done in Jacksonville, FL over a week ago, which was actually my third time doing it with them. Sadly, I haven't gotten my results yet. Their customer service has been really slow and not helpful at all. They said they sent me a release form before my appointment, but I never got it. Even after filling it out and waiting two days, I still didn't hear anything about my results. I've tried reaching out to them through email multiple times, but all I've gotten is false information about my results being sent. Their customer support team only communicates via email, and they're really slow in responding and not providing any real help. I paid a lot for each scan, so I should either get my results soon or get a refund.
Fitness testing appointment
I can't believe it, my appointment got canceled and rescheduled for weeks later! It took forever for customer service to respond to my emails, there's no phone number to call, and they wouldn't even give me a refund when I asked. That's just not right, you know.
DEXA scan
I recently had a DEXA scan at this place and I was pretty bummed because it didn't give me the accurate body composition results it promised. The test itself was easy and the price was fair, but the results were disappointing. I'm someone who's pretty muscular and usually gets low body fat percentage results from impedance testing, so I was surprised to see a much higher percentage from the DEXA scan - basically the same as a regular BMI result. Plus, there wasn't much help from the staff in understanding the results, which was kind of a letdown.
Dexa scan sessions
I bought two Dexa scan sessions from this one place not long ago. I was pretty let down by the whole thing because during the second scan they told me I had more body fat than I actually did, just trying to get me to buy a coaching session. I felt like they weren't being honest and it made me question their trustworthiness. On top of that, it took them a whole week to give me the (incorrect) results, which just made me even more unhappy with how everything went down.
Bioelectric impedance scan
I was really disappointed with the bioelectric impedance scan I got at that place. The website was misleading about what they offered, and the scan itself didn't give me the info I needed. The report was plain and didn't even measure visceral fat, which is important for knowing your health. The only good part was that they agreed to give me a refund for the second scan I bought. But that doesn't make up for how unclear and inaccurate their service was.
Metabolic stats confusion
I was kind of surprised to learn that Fitnescity actually uses a contractor for their services. They didn't really mention that when I bought it, so I was a little confused about what exactly I was getting. I thought the metabolic stats would be part of the dexa scan, but it turns out that wasn't the case. Now I'm waiting on my results and I can't help but think maybe I could have sped things up by talking to the contractor directly. It's frustrating to not know all the details, especially when it's about something as crucial as my health and fitness goals.
Scan purchase, disappointing experience
Despite all the fancy promises and easy payment process, my experience with this service was super frustrating. Just like a lot of other folks, I ended up forking over some cash for a scan only to be left hanging with no results to show for it. And to make matters worse, the email replies I got were slow as molasses and not helpful at all. It felt like they were just leading me on for no good reason. I finally realized that this service was just a middleman, offering zilch in terms of real value or help to its customers. If I could turn back time, I would've saved myself the stress and cash by booking a scan directly with a local imaging center.
Quick and convenient process
I just had a fitness assessment done and I gotta say, it was so easy and smooth. It was quick, hassle-free, and super convenient. The setting was cozy and quiet, letting me really concentrate on the assessment without any interruptions. I got my results back the very next day, even on a weekend. And the coolest part? Fitnescity took care of getting my doctor's referral without me having to lift a finger. I totally recommend them if you need a fitness assessment or any health measurements. It's a super helpful service that gets the job done right.
Failed appointment
I had a really bad experience with this service. They ended up canceling my appointment out of nowhere the day before I was supposed to go in, and now, it's been three weeks and I still haven't been able to make a new appointment. They keep making excuses and saying they're trying to fix it, but nothing has actually been done. I highly suggest that anyone thinking about using this service should do some serious research and maybe just go to the location in person instead.
Fitness testing experience
I've been a customer of this fitness testing service for a while now, and I've had great experiences at both the NYC and Scottsdale locations. The team is super professional and efficient, which makes everything run smoothly and makes it easy for me. I've been using this service for over a year and the reports have been really helpful in helping me track my progress and make changes to my fitness routine. I definitely recommend this service to anyone who wants accurate and detailed fitness testing.
VO2 Max test
My wife and I just did the VO2 Max test and it was really neat! It was so interesting to learn about our fitness levels and it felt great to know we're on track. We're already planning to do it again in six months. Setting up the appointment was a breeze and the online reports were really well done. We're looking forward to our follow-up call to ask more questions. All in all, it was a fantastic experience!
Bodyfat, Metabolism, Vo2max
Oh my gosh, I am absolutely loving this place! I signed up for this awesome package deal where they checked my body fat (DEXA), metabolism, and Vo2max. It was super cool learning about all of that stuff and how it can help me get in better shape and stronger. The staff there were incredibly friendly and broke everything down for me in a way that made sense. They even gave me some tips on how to make improvements to my results! I am so excited to go back in a few months and see how much progress I've made. If you're as into health and fitness as I am, you simply must give this place a try!
My Fitnescity experience
Oh man, I had the absolute worst experience with this place in Charlotte, NC! They were terrible at communicating, kept asking for more forms even though I already gave them everything. Then, out of nowhere, they canceled my appointment the day before without even giving a reason. When I finally got there, they didn't even have the forms they needed! And let's not even talk about how long it took for them to give me my results - seriously, what's up with that? I tried calling, emailing, texting - no response whatsoever! It was hands down the worst customer service I've ever had. Should have just gone directly to the testing place. Lesson learned, that's for sure.
Four tests package
I received this awesome package with four tests and I've been going back for more. It's been pretty seamless, but sometimes the timing doesn't work out with my schedule. I really like that I can view all my scans in a single report and compare them easily. The facility I visit is really fancy and clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Once I finish my current tests, I'll definitely sign up for more because it's been a fantastic experience.
Test Scheduling and Results
I recently bought a test from Fitnescity, and I ran into some issues with the whole process. Even though I got a confirmation for my payment and appointment, turns out the date and time set by Fitnescity didn't match up with what the local lab had on their end. This mix-up caused a lot of confusion and made it tough to get the test done smoothly. On top of that, after taking the test, I had to wait a whole week to get my results, and Fitnescity wasn't so quick in providing them. Their customer service wasn't as helpful as I hoped it would be, whether I tried calling, chatting online, or emailing them. The only good thing about using Fitnescity was getting the doctor's order for the test, but even that came with its own issues because of the delayed results.
Blood biomarker test
I just did that blood test thingy and the results were pretty cool and easy to understand. They sent the test right to my crib in Redondo Beach, CA, hella convenient. But I found out that the way they test for female testosterone levels ain't too accurate, which was a bummer. They told me they will be dropping a new test just for cortisol, testosterone, and other hormones soon, which sounds like a good plan. All in all, I liked the test and all the info it gave me.
At-home comprehensive lab test
As a long-time customer of the company, I was so excited to hear about their new at-home lab tests they just launched because of COVID-19. I decided to go for the whole shebang - cholesterol, glucose, pre-diabetes, testosterone, vitamins and more. Turns out, I was shocked to find out my vitamin D levels were super low, even though I thought I was good with my supplements. This lab test is seriously the bomb - great bang for your buck. After doing some digging, I can honestly say that the price and what you get with this test is unbeatable compared to other options out there. And to top it off, I got a free phone call with a doctor included. All in all, I totally recommend this lab test to anyone looking for a full health check. The only downside was waiting 12 days for my results online, but it was worth it.
DEXA SCAN
I recently bought a DEXA SCAN for my husband, but we had a big problem getting the results on time. We tried contacting customer support several times, but they didn't help us quickly. Waiting for over a month for the results was really annoying, and the fact that the company didn't communicate well just made us even more unhappy.
