Test Scheduling and Results
I recently bought a test from Fitnescity, and I ran into some issues with the whole process. Even though I got a confirmation for my payment and appointment, turns out the date and time set by Fitnescity didn't match up with what the local lab had on their end. This mix-up caused a lot of confusion and made it tough to get the test done smoothly. On top of that, after taking the test, I had to wait a whole week to get my results, and Fitnescity wasn't so quick in providing them. Their customer service wasn't as helpful as I hoped it would be, whether I tried calling, chatting online, or emailing them. The only good thing about using Fitnescity was getting the doctor's order for the test, but even that came with its own issues because of the delayed results.

Incorrect items received
I bought something from this company not too long ago, and it was a total letdown. Instead of getting what I actually ordered, they sent me the wrong item completely. When I contacted customer service with proof of the mix-up, they did nothing to fix it and instead kept bothering me for more pictures that I didn't even have. I just wanted a prepaid label to send back the wrong thing and get a refund, but they've straight up ignored my requests. Dealing with this whole situation has been super frustrating and inconvenient.
