Jeans and sweaters
I just bought a pair of jeans and a couple of sweaters from this store. When my order arrived, everything was in great shape except for the jeans - they just didn't fit right. So, I reached out to their customer service to arrange a return. Let me tell you, their customer service was top-notch. They responded quickly, helped me out, and made the return process a breeze. They even went the extra mile to explain how store credit works for international orders, which was super helpful. I had a really good experience overall with this store.
Jeans exchange
I just got a pair of jeans from you all, but they were too big when I tried them on. I asked for an exchange and it was smooth sailing from there. I liked how y'all kept me in the loop when you got my return, but I did wish I had a tracking number for the new pair. After shooting customer service an email, they got back to me the same day. And believe it or not, I had my new jeans just 3 days later - pretty impressive! All in all, I'm happy with how everything was handled and I'm loving my new jeans.
Shoes
I got these really awesome shoes, but I messed up and ended up ordering two pairs of the same ones. I sent them an email as soon as I realized and they replied super quick, helping me to cancel one order. Even though one of the pairs had already been shipped, they still went above and beyond to try to fix it. Their customer service was top-notch and totally blew me away. Thank you guys so much for looking out for me, even though you're miles away. You're the best!
Monthly orders
I've been buying stuff from this brand for a while now, and let me tell you, their clothes are top-notch. But recently, I got a delivery with three things missing. Luckily, this lady named Anais from customer service took care of it super fast and fixed everything right up. I'm really grateful for how they take care of their customers and handle problems with ease. All in all, I'm really impressed by their clothes and how they make sure we're happy.

This is exactly what I want when I'm shopping online. Plus, the clothes I bought were just right. I'll definitely be shopping here again.

The customer service at this store is amazing! I needed some tech support and they got back to me super quick with a fix in less than 12 hours. The product itself is fantastic - great quality, fits perfectly, lots of new stuff to choose from, and the prices are unbeatable. I especially love their cargo denim, cotton, and vegan leather items - seriously awesome and I recommend them to anyone.
