Brow waxing
Oh my gosh, you won't believe how awesome my experience was at this place! Margget (not sure if I'm spelling that right) was absolutely amazing. She was super friendly and made sure I felt totally comfortable the whole time. I always get so nervous about getting my brows done, but she explained everything really well and helped me relax. I've never felt so confident leaving a beauty place. She was so detail-oriented and took her time to make sure everything looked perfect. She even gave me some great tips for taking care of my brows after the treatment. By the way, I went to the Los Altos location.
Laser hair removal treatment
I wasn't sure at first because of some bad reviews I saw on the internet, but after meeting with my consultant (I think her name was Millie), I thought, why not give it a shot? And I'm really happy I did! The nurses here are truly incredible! I'm starting to see results after only two sessions. And the prices are pretty fair, which is a big relief. I've spent so much more at other places and been let down, but LaserAway is definitely doing it right. Laser hair removal is totally worth it, so don't hesitate, just go for it!

The staff, especially Jessica at Anaheim and Lisa at Lake Forest, were super nice, helpful, and knew what they were doing. They answered all my questions and made me feel at ease the whole time. I had a really bad experience with a beauty clinic recently. I bought a thermage treatment because Karen, one of the salespeople, said it would do wonders for my skin. But after waiting for 8 months, I didn't see any improvements at all. When I asked the clinic about it, they were rude and didn't take me seriously. It was super frustrating and stressful, especially since I paid so much for the treatment. I'd tell anyone thinking about going there to be careful and know that they might end up disappointed.

I went to this place for laser treatment, and it's a whole process that needs more than one session to work well. The first time I scheduled and paid was no problem, but ever since then, keeping up with my appointments has been a nightmare. It's been super annoying to have my sessions pushed back so many times, causing a big holdup in my treatment. I've tried talking to the staff there about it, but it seems like the real issue might be coming from higher up in the company, not the people at the actual place.

The folks at this place were incredible! As soon as I stepped through the door, the receptionist team greeted me warmly and offered all the help I needed. They took the time to address any questions I had and made sure I felt at ease the whole way through. The facility was well-kept and had a really nice vibe, which I liked. The treatment rooms had TV’s to keep me busy while I waited, which was a nice touch. All in all, my visit went above and beyond what I was expecting and I am already looking forward to my next appointment.

Corinn and Tricia really stand out to me for their professionalism and kindness. They always make sure I'm feeling comfortable and relaxed during my laser hair removal sessions. My second treatment at the clinic went really well! The nurse was super friendly and explained everything so I wouldn't have any issues later on. I had a great time at the clinic, it was awesome! But when I tried to book my next appointment online, it was a disaster. When I called customer service, they told me the dates on the website didn't match when the clinic was actually available. I mean, come on! What's the point of the website if it's not accurate?

I just had a laser treatment at this place and I wanted to tell you about my experience. Let me tell you, I was so impressed with how professional the staff was and how clean the place was. The person doing my treatment really knew their stuff and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The results were amazing, I'm really happy with how it turned out. I'll definitely be coming back for more treatments in the future.
Botox gone bad
So, I went to get my Botox injections, you know? I've been doing it for a while. But this time was a disaster! The nurse messed up my eyebrows, now I look like I'm constantly mad and tired! When I went back, they just said, "Oops, our bad," but didn't fix it! And to make things worse, it turns out the nurse was new! Not cool, dude. They also gave me a hard time when I wanted it corrected. Ugh, absolutely terrible experience!
6 session stomach coolsculpting treatment
I was really hopeful that the six-session stomach coolsculpting treatment would give me permanent results for my wedding. But even though I followed all the instructions carefully, I didn't see any change in my body a year later. I wasted over $4,000 and when I tried to get help from billing and management, they were no help at all. It's really discouraging to invest so much money and see no results, just to be told there's nothing they can do. I would suggest not spending your money here if you're looking for big changes in your appearance.

I've been coming to this place for a while, and I gotta say, the experience has been pretty disappointing. This kind of dishonesty is just not right and it's not cool. I agree with other people who have called this place predatory.
