Amplifier purchase
As a first-time customer, I was really looking forward to checking out Sonic Electronix for my amplifier purchase. But, I got the wrong product in my order which was a bummer. Dealing with their support team through email was getting frustrating, but then I talked to Sherell G. She was like a breath of fresh air compared to the generic responses I had been getting. Sherell really took the time to understand my issue and went above and beyond to fix things. Her customer service skills are top-notch and thanks to her, I'm willing to overlook the other problems I ran into as an international customer. Raincoat warranty claim
I had this old raincoat that I've had for like almost ten years, and it started having some issues. So, I decided to contact customer service and sent them some pics of the problems. They got back to me really quickly and let me know that my raincoat was still covered under warranty. They even gave me a nice credit to use on their website, so I was able to get a brand new raincoat. I'm super happy with how they took care of me, and now I'm a big fan of this company.

I've now learned to always check out what other customers are saying and look at the pictures before I make a decision. Being on the smaller side, I really appreciate that the sizing info is spot on and helps me pick the right size every time. I haven't had to return anything yet, but I trust that the company's customer service will handle it well if I ever need to.

Inconsistent sizing
I bought two pairs of jeans from this place, both the same size and model. But, surprise surprise, the second pair I got was a full 2 inches longer than the first pair. I mean, seriously? When I told them about the mix-up, they tried saying it was just a "slight variation." Yeah right, 2 inches is more like a whole new size! Now I'm stuck with pants that are way too long and they won't help me out. Let me tell you, their customer service is frustrating and disappointing.

Visitor Queue is a really cool tool for keeping an eye on who's checking out your website, and it's super easy to use. I love that you can personalize your reports to get the info you need. But, it's missing some key things like being able to see where visitors are from, which is a bummer. It would also be awesome to know how much money the visiting companies are bringing in, so you can focus on the big ones. Even with these little issues, I think Visitor Queue is on the right track and will probably fix these things in upcoming updates.

The graphic tees at this store are seriously awesome, they've got a ton of cool options to choose from. The quality of the shirts is always top-notch, I've never been let down with my purchases. But I did run into a little problem when I was trying to place my order. Even though I picked the United States as my shipping address, the website kept switching it to the United Kingdom. It was pretty confusing and frustrating, so I'm crossing my fingers that my order ends up in the right spot. And I wasn't too thrilled that they charge your account before they even ship out the items. It would be a lot easier if they waited until the order was actually on its way.

Mobile compatibility update and character design disappointment
The game is totally awesome and fun, but the recent updates have really bummed me out. At first, I was super excited when they released it for iPhone and iPad, thinking for sure the same would happen for Android soon after. But nope, that never happened, which left a bunch of us Android users feeling totally left behind. And don't even get me started on the new character designs. The chubby, badly animated characters just don't vibe with the overall look of the game, it totally throws things off.
