Thermage treatment
I had a really bad experience with a beauty clinic recently. I bought a thermage treatment because Karen, one of the salespeople, said it would do wonders for my skin. But after waiting for 8 months, I didn't see any improvements at all. When I asked the clinic about it, they were rude and didn't take me seriously. It was super frustrating and stressful, especially since I paid so much for the treatment. I'd tell anyone thinking about going there to be careful and know that they might end up disappointed.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses back on November 7th, only to find out shortly after that they were actually out of stock. It's been 3 weeks now since I paid for them and still no word on when they might arrive. I sent an email to customer service a week ago and haven't heard back, and calling their UK number every day goes unanswered. I am really let down by their lack of communication and service. I wouldn't suggest them to others after this frustrating experience.

Package purchase with constant upselling
I've been coming to this place for a while, and I gotta say, the experience has been pretty disappointing. Those "special packages" I bought weren't all they were cracked up to be - just a way to get me to fork over even more cash. Visitor Queue is a really cool tool for keeping an eye on who's checking out your website, and it's super easy to use. I love that you can personalize your reports to get the info you need. But, it's missing some key things like being able to see where visitors are from, which is a bummer. It would also be awesome to know how much money the visiting companies are bringing in, so you can focus on the big ones. Even with these little issues, I think Visitor Queue is on the right track and will probably fix these things in upcoming updates.

Mobile compatibility update and character design disappointment
The game is totally awesome and fun, but the recent updates have really bummed me out. At first, I was super excited when they released it for iPhone and iPad, thinking for sure the same would happen for Android soon after. But nope, that never happened, which left a bunch of us Android users feeling totally left behind. And don't even get me started on the new character designs. The chubby, badly animated characters just don't vibe with the overall look of the game, it totally throws things off.
