Awesome customer service!
I love this website, the people who work there are really nice! They helped me choose some cute clothes and I got them super fast all the way from Italy to my house in Arizona. I felt really fancy wearing my new outfit!

I bought something from that store recently and man, the customer service was terrible. I tried to return something because of a small problem, but they said no for what seemed like a silly reason. I emailed them a bunch of times but never heard back or got an explanation for why they wouldn't take it back. It was really annoying not being able to talk to someone there and fix the problem.

I was really looking forward to checking out this store because they had so many cool clothes and accessories, but then I saw how crazy high their shipping prices were. I spotted some awesome stuff that I wanted to buy, but the cost of shipping just wasn't worth it for me, so I ended up shopping somewhere else instead. It's too bad because the store itself seemed awesome, but those shipping fees are a real deal-breaker. If they ever lower their shipping rates, I'd totally come back and shop here more often.
