Cute swimsuits
I ordered some adorable swimsuits and a cover-up from this store not long ago, and man, let me tell you, I was so surprised when they accidentally sent me four additional swimsuits! I felt like I struck gold, but I also wanted to make sure I did the right thing, so I contacted them. They were super chill about it and even told me to keep the extra suits at no charge! How awesome is that?! Everything fit like a glove, and I was seriously impressed with their customer service. I'm already looking forward to ordering from them again in the near future!
Swimwear purchase
As a first-time shopper at Popvil, I wasn't sure about getting a swimsuit without trying it on first. But let me tell you, my experience was way better than I expected. I ended up buying 2 different styles, just to be safe. One didn't look too great on me, but the customer service team was super helpful when I chatted with them online. Returning the unwanted suit was easy peasy, and I had no trouble ordering a second one in the style I loved. I gotta say, I was really impressed with their customer support and how smooth the return process was.
Swimwear
The swimwear selection at this place is amazing! There are so many options to pick from, it's super easy to find exactly what you want. The website is easy to use, and the prices are fair. The whole transaction went smoothly without any problems. My order arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and the swimsuit material is lovely and fits true to size. I am extremely happy with my purchase and this has become my top spot for swimwear shopping. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.
Swimwear Purchase
All in all, my experience with this online store was pretty good. The customer service was amazing, and the swimsuits were pretty good quality. They shipped my order right on time, which was great. However, I did have a bit of an issue with the size - the top ended up being too small even though I ordered a small. Unfortunately, I missed the return deadline so I couldn't exchange it. They did offer me a discount for my next purchase, but I haven't used it yet.
Online swimwear purchase for teenage daughter
I just bought 5 swimsuits for my teenage daughter to pick out her top 2 faves. Surprisingly, the quality of the suits was really good and my daughter loved the styles. But man, returning the ones that didn't fit her well was a total nightmare. It was way more complicated than it needed to be and it took forever to get my refund. They should really step up their return policy and make it more customer-friendly.
One piece suit didn't fit
I got this really cute one-piece swimsuit online, but when it showed up, it just didn't fit me right. I contacted customer service and they were awesome about getting me an exchange. The new swimsuit I got fits like a glove and the quality is great. The customer service was amazing and made the whole thing so easy. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again!
Apparel items
I just got some clothes from this website and let me tell you, their customer service was amazing. I had a few problems with the size of a couple items, but they let me swap them out for new ones at no charge. They were super fast with their responses and the guys on the customer service team were so nice and helpful. I gotta give a big shoutout to Leah, she was awesome.
Gown, robe, swimsuits, sleep sets
The things I got from here were really nice, like the dress and robe fit great except they were a little short for my 5'4 self. The swimsuits and pajama sets were just like they were shown online. The only thing that bothered me a bit was that it took 11 whole days for my order to arrive. But other than that, I would definitely shop here again!
Swimsuit purchase
I bought some swimsuits from this company and they were just perfect! They fit true to size, didn't break the bank, and were absolutely adorable. If there happened to be any issues, the company was really helpful in finding a solution. Overall, I was super happy with both their selection and customer service.
tickets for a fun trip
I just wanna give a big shoutout to the super nice person who helped me book my tickets and even went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed for my trip. They even hooked me up with a wheelchair! How cool is that?! Super grateful for the outstanding service I received.
Swim suits
If you return an items they flag you as a risk and no longer allow you to buy from them. Never heard of such a thing. Don't think this business wil be around for long. This is the email I got after I purchased from them. My order was automatically canceled after I place it..

I bought 5 different suits. I disliked all of them. The quality just was not great. I contacted popvil about a return. They were quick to respond saying I could Keep the suits and only receive 18% of what I spent back or I could ship it back for a full refund which I chose. I returned with all tags that came with them (they did not all have tags when I received them) and I can see from the tracking they received it about a week ago but I have not been refunded. I have emailed multiple times with no response, not even to let me know whether it is still being processed. Funny how they completely stop responding to emails once they have the product back and your money. Would not recommend.
