Gown, robe, swimsuits, sleep sets
The things I got from here were really nice, like the dress and robe fit great except they were a little short for my 5'4 self. The swimsuits and pajama sets were just like they were shown online. The only thing that bothered me a bit was that it took 11 whole days for my order to arrive. But other than that, I would definitely shop here again!
Swimsuit purchase
I bought some swimsuits from this company and they were just perfect! They fit true to size, didn't break the bank, and were absolutely adorable. If there happened to be any issues, the company was really helpful in finding a solution. Overall, I was super happy with both their selection and customer service.
Online clothing purchase
I recently bought some clothes online from this brand, and I was really happy with how good they looked and how well they fit. At first, I wasn't sure about it because I didn't know the brand, but when my order showed up in just a week, all my concerns went away. The fabric is really nice and the fit is just right. I especially like the cool styles, colors, and designs they have. I was so impressed that I've already ordered more stuff. Plus, these clothes would make awesome gifts for friends and fam.
tickets for a fun trip
I just wanna give a big shoutout to the super nice person who helped me book my tickets and even went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed for my trip. They even hooked me up with a wheelchair! How cool is that?! Super grateful for the outstanding service I received.
Swim suits and torn dress
The process of ordering and getting my package was really easy. The swimsuits I got were cute and fit well, but when I tried on the dress, it tore right down the front. It was disappointing to see that the quality of the fabric wasn't great.
Address change before shipping
I bought something online and noticed that the shipping address was wrong. So, I shot an email to customer service to let them know what happened. They got back to me super fast and fixed the address before my order was sent out. Thanks to their quick action, my package arrived on time with no issues. Their speedy and careful response really stood out to me and made my shopping experience easy and stress-free.
Apparel items
I just got some clothes from this website and let me tell you, their customer service was amazing. I had a few problems with the size of a couple items, but they let me swap them out for new ones at no charge. They were super fast with their responses and the guys on the customer service team were so nice and helpful. I gotta give a big shoutout to Leah, she was awesome.
Bathing suits order
I ordered some bathing suits and quickly got an email confirming it. But then a few days later, they emailed saying my payment didn't go through and they had to cancel my order. So, I had to go back and make a whole new order because my original one was, in fact, cancelled. It was a bit confusing, but I hurriedly placed the new order. Then, out of the blue, I got charged for both the first and second orders 3 days after they said they cancelled the first one. What a mess! To top it off, I ended up getting both orders weeks apart, and they came from different places.
Swim suits
If you return an items they flag you as a risk and no longer allow you to buy from them. Never heard of such a thing. Don't think this business wil be around for long. This is the email I got after I purchased from them. My order was automatically canceled after I place it..

I bought 5 different suits. I disliked all of them. The quality just was not great. I contacted popvil about a return. They were quick to respond saying I could Keep the suits and only receive 18% of what I spent back or I could ship it back for a full refund which I chose. I returned with all tags that came with them (they did not all have tags when I received them) and I can see from the tracking they received it about a week ago but I have not been refunded. I have emailed multiple times with no response, not even to let me know whether it is still being processed. Funny how they completely stop responding to emails once they have the product back and your money. Would not recommend.
