Beverage cooler
This company only does emails, doesn't get back to you. It's so frustrating, had a problem with my drink cooler and they ignored me. Found out Amazon sells their stuff, but that doesn't help when you need company help. After lots of time, they did send a new cooler, but I had to toss the old one. Not much of a warranty in my opinion. Ended up shelling out $110, way too much for something that should have been covered.

Scent is amazing, pricey
The smell is fantastic! I seriously never get tired of it. It sticks around on my clothes better than any other detergent I've used. The detergent itself seems to do a good job getting things clean, and the wrinkle releaser and stain remover work pretty well too. The only thing I don't love is the price - I wish it was a little more affordable. So, I typically use it alongside a cheaper detergent for my regular laundry and save it for my towels and sheets, where I really want that nice smell.

Comedy show ticket purchase
I had such a great time at the comedy show at the club! The venue was in great shape and super cozy for everyone there. The comedians were awesome, a great mix of popular ones and new talents that kept us laughing all night. The vibe was just so lively and fun, making it a night to remember for everyone. The staff were super nice and on top of everything, making sure we all felt welcome. Overall, I had a blast at the New York Comedy Club and would totally suggest it to anyone wanting a good laugh in the city.

Trousers order, wrong items received
My time with this company was so frustrating. I ordered pants but got sent skirts and blouses in the wrong sizes. Trying to return them was a total nightmare, it took forever and was so complicated. And on top of all that, I never even got the right order I wanted in the first place. Dealing with this company was just a huge waste of time and energy, and their customer service couldn't care less about my problems.

The stuff I got from this place was exactly what I was looking for - good quality and at a great price. I wish they had online background checks to make everything easier, but overall, I'm really happy with my purchase. The customer service was great, and you can't beat the prices. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for gun parts.

Phone case purchase, incorrect model
The phone case I ordered was totally off, not the right model for my phone, and the quality was trash. It was like they tried to make cheap plastic look like copper but failed miserably. I tried hitting up customer service to get a refund or exchange, but they straight up ghosted me. I called, left voicemails, sent emails, and even dropped a comment on their social media, but they just swept it all under the rug. It's super irritating to be treated like this as a customer. Their customer service is shady and definitely not reliable.
