Zwilling nonstick 2 pan set (large deep frying pan and "wok"
We absolutely love these pans. They are exactly as described and work very well with all types of foods and cooking styles. Recently, the large pan appeared to be developing a loosening of the surface in one spot and we reached out to Food52. They promptly responded, expressed their apologies for the problem we were having and asked for pictures. We sent the pictures later that day and heard back in a day and a half with an email saying that they were sending a replacement. Shortly after we received that email, we received another saying that the item was being shipped. This is what customer service should be.
Between the excellent customer service, the wide range of high quality products and their openness to share tasty and doable recipes and other cooking/food tips, we will definitely shop here again
I wanted to love this item. The washing and drying of it was terrible. It was soooooo wrinkled. I tried to steam it as I don’t usually iron anything. The wrinkles did not come out. I was super disappointed in this purchase and would not recommend to anyone that wants something easy to care for.
I keep getting their UNWANTED catalogs. They offer no way for a catalog receiver to cancel. No form to fill out and no phone number. I am so sick of companies like this you send out unsolicited mailings. just shows how desperate and unprofessional they are.
Like everyone else has stated on here...HORRIBLE customer service . I placed an order 2.5 weeks ago for a dinnerware set that was supposed to ship a week ago and never got a shipping confirmation. After "looking into it" they told me the item was actually out of stock now and wouldn't ship for another month. I asked them if it was possible for me to change to a different color that was currently in stock so I wouldn't have to wait over a month to receive my order. They told me it was impossible and my only option was to cancel or wait. I asked if I could instead cancel my order and re-place it for another color but have them honor the discount I received on the original order, and they also told me this was also impossible as there wasn't any "similar discounts available to be applied at the time". I'm sorry...but as customer service do you not have any control over offering one time use discounts or just refunding me the difference?? His solution for my "inconvenience" was to give me a ten dollar site credit which is a JOKE since anybody can get a ten dollar credit simply for entering their email on the website.
Do not waste your time or your money on this company. They are literally riding off their social media success to sell 3rd party goods that you will probably never receive with literally the worst possible customer service I've ever encountered. If I could give them -5 stars, I would. Also, any company that doesn't offer a customer service phone number is a HUGE red flag because good luck to anyone trying to resolve an issue.
The photography on the site was misleading and the item arrived a much lighter color than pictured. The do not have a customer service number....only email which they mostly ignore. The only answer I received was after I emailed for the third time and said I was going to have to give a bad review if the issue was not resolved. They made it sound like they had been trying to respond and I just wasn’t getting them. There were no responses in my junk mail and they proceeded to ignore several emails after that. I would never purchase from this company again. They essentially have no customer service, so, if something goes wrong, you are just out of luck.
Ordered a Greenpan for a Christmas gift....initial email from them said it would arrive 12/24/20....When it didn't arrive I emailed. Finally on 1/4/21 I received an email from Nisse L stating that Greenpan had shipped and didn't send tracking numbers. She said it would arrive shortly. On 1/6 I received an email from Greenpan saying item was shipped today and would arrive 1/12/21. Its just stupid on the part of Nisse to tell me it had shipped and would arrive soon when they knew it hadn't shipped. Buyer beware. And this is a company that does all it's business by shipping. Too stupid to be in business.
Ordered December 4 2020. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. One month later still did not recievd . My credit card was charged. Tried numerous times via email to get this resolved. No communication back. Terrible experience and will never order again. Also I’ve spread the word
