Quick and convenient testing
Choosing and scheduling my tests was so easy - I didn't have any trouble at all. The info they gave me was clear and made sense, so I felt good about my decisions. Setting up my appointment was a piece of cake, and I liked how quickly everything went at the lab. It was nice to know they have a good reputation too. I got my results really quickly, which was awesome - it made the whole thing really easy. I gotta say, I was super happy with the service I got.

I got some vape pens, but man, like half of them didn't work at all! Bre from customer service was super rude and wouldn't hook me up with store credit or send replacements. I'm seriously pissed because I dropped money on pens that couldn't even do their job. Save yourself and steer clear of this place!

Kitchen appliance purchase
This company is a hot mess. Their customer service is a complete joke. I get that outsourcing to the Philippines saves money, but what's the point if they can't even tell me when my order will arrive? It just leaves us customers frustrated and gives them a bad rep. I bought a kitchen appliance and was given a delivery date, but that date came and went with no sign of it. So, I reached out to them, and all I got was useless info that I already knew. When I tried again, I got nothing - total radio silence. And now, to top it all off, they're saying my item is out of stock. Makes me think it was never in stock in the first place. This behavior is just not okay.

I just bought something from this company and man, let me tell you, it was a complete letdown. I waited forever - two weeks - for my package to show up, and when it finally did, half of my stuff was missing! I tried reaching out to customer service, but they acted like it was no big deal. No compensation, no apology. It's safe to say this was the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I am so not happy with the way this company handles things.
