Memory foam mattress
The memory foam mattress is super comfy and supportive, but man, the customer service just let me down big time. I accidentally ripped the cover while moving, so I reached out to see about buying a new one. Can you believe they said I had to get a whole new mattress instead? That's so crazy and totally not cool. I used to recommend this company to everyone, but not anymore. It sucks because the mattress itself is good, but their customer service just ruined it for me.

I got some vape pens, but man, like half of them didn't work at all! Bre from customer service was super rude and wouldn't hook me up with store credit or send replacements. I just bought something from this company and man, let me tell you, it was a complete letdown. I waited forever - two weeks - for my package to show up, and when it finally did, half of my stuff was missing! I tried reaching out to customer service, but they acted like it was no big deal. But, they didn't seem to find the scammer. I was pretty bummed out by their lack of digging into it and checking back with me.
