    Vitamin supplements purchase

    I used to really enjoy shopping on this online store for my vitamin supplements. The prices were awesome and the products were top-notch. Lately, though, my experience hasn't been so great. The prices and products are still good, but the delivery process has been all over the place. And when I had a problem with my order, the customer service wasn't very helpful or quick to resolve it. It's kind of a bummer to see their service take a nosedive like that.

    I've been shopping at this store for over 6 years now. I usually make purchases about 4-12 times a year. I like to buy organic and eco-friendly beauty, cleaning, and laundry products here. I also get my food and juices like Jovial pasta, Bragg's, Bob's Red Mill gluten-free items, Lakewood juices, and Chocolove chocolate. Occasionally, I've had a few issues with my products arriving damaged because they weren't packed properly. However, when I sent photos, I got a refund pretty quickly. The store has free shipping as long as you spent a certain amount, and they often have good deals and discount codes available.

    Recent purchase mishap

    Vitacost used to be a company I really liked ordering from, but my last order has me second-guessing them. I got my package today and only one out of the 15 items I bought was in there, along with a random catalog. When I reached out to customer service, they said everything was in the same box, even though I only got one thing. They did offer to send the missing items, but now I'm not so sure about how they handle packing and shipping at all their locations. It's kind of a bummer to see a company I trusted mess up something as basic as this.

    I used to go to this company a lot but then stopped because the service got worse. I decided to give them another shot and made three new orders. Luckily, this time the service was great. I always told them to send the products in factory cases when they could, and they finally did it in my last two orders. Because of this, there were no broken glass bottles in the packages, which is good for the company and for us customers. Shopping there has definitely gotten better, and I'm really happy with how things turned out.

    Vitacost has a fantastic variety of organic food that's great for your health. The prices are really good, so it's easy to eat well. Plus, they always package everything super carefully, so it all comes in perfect shape. Since USPS doesn't deliver to me, home delivery is a total lifesaver. And their customer service is amazing - you actually get to talk to real people online and on the phone, which is pretty rare these days.     I used to be a loyal customer of this company for 20 years, but over the past couple of years, they have completely dropped the ball. I always paid for shipping so I could select my delivery service, but now Vitacost chooses some random off-brand service that delivers at the most inconvenient times. Living in a bustling city like Philadelphia, leaving packages on the front step is basically asking for them to be stolen. On top of that, they never seem to have their own brand items in stock anymore. And don't even get me started on their Resolution Center - it's a nightmare to deal with. Vitacost needs to step up their game and bring back the service they once had.

    I recently ordered some vitamins and supplements from Vitacost, but my experience was not great. Even though I got a notification on April 23 saying my order was on its way, it never made it to me. I was confused because there was no explanation as to why it was sent back to the warehouse. Then, when I tried again on April 25, the same thing happened - no delivery and no answers. It's really frustrating that there was no communication or accountability, especially since I've been a loyal customer for ten years. Even the customer service, with reps in the Caribbean, couldn't help me out. The shipping company Vitacost uses doesn't seem to be doing a good job, which just adds to the overall frustration.

    I've been getting my organic and non-GMO goods from this online store for a while now. Their prices are reasonable and they frequently have some sweet deals, especially when you hit that free shipping mark. And get this, my last two orders showed up faster than expected. I've seen some negative reviews here and there about late deliveries and iffy customer service, but come on, nobody's perfect, right? We all mess up sometimes. Just like this one time I had a super bad experience with a big name retailer, but hey, I still shop there because they've got good stuff and it was just that one time. I've had a few hiccups with some of my Vitacost orders too, like some crushed snacks, but they've always been super cool about fixing any problems. All in all, my experience with them has been pretty positive.

    I've been a Vitacost customer for a while now, but ever since Kroger took over, I've been feeling let down by the drop in service quality. Recently, I got this promo email for 20% off, but when I tried to use it, turns out it was already used. When I reached out to customer service, they didn't really care or try to help. The rep just brushed me off and told me to place the order first, then call back for a refund. Talk about inconvenient and sketchy. This whole thing has left me frustrated and questioning if Vitacost's customer service can still be trusted under the new management.

    Vitacost always has those 15-20% discount codes floating around, but it looks like they might jack up the prices first before giving you the discount. So, in the end, you're not really saving much. If you check out Amazon, you might actually find better deals there.
