Subscription order not received
I'm really disappointed with my recent experience with Pet Joy. I placed an order over a month ago and still haven't received it. When I called to check on my order, the customer service was not great. They told me they were behind on orders and tried to make it seem like they would only charge me on the day of my call instead of acknowledging my order from three weeks ago. Even after they said they wouldn't charge me due to the delay, they've tried to charge my bank multiple times. This is not okay and makes me question if Pet Joy can be trusted.

"Unavailable size boot"
Are you kidding me? It shouldn’t be that difficult to understand that I require a particular size. Lyst just kept dangling the boot I wanted in front of me, but they never had it in my size. It's almost as if they were well aware that it wasn't in stock, but they continued to mess with me. Not cool.

Shorts on sale
I bought some shorts on sale from your site not too long ago. But it turns out, they were out of stock and I got offered a replacement instead. What I ended up getting was a used polo shirt with some obvious stains and deodorant marks on it. When I went to customer service to switch it out, they straight-up accused me of causing the stains myself which really rubbed me the wrong way. I tried telling them that accidents happen, but they weren't too helpful and kinda had an attitude. Instead of fixing things, all they did was send me a basic guide on how to wash clothes. This whole situation has been super frustrating and disappointing in terms of customer service.

PassFab software purchase
I bought PassFab software to try to fix my computer's booting problem, it kept showing a blue screen. The software said everything was good to go, but I still had trouble booting up my computer. The download screen looked different from the one in their YouTube video. When I asked for a refund, they said no, which made me lose trust in them. Luckily, Trustpilot came to the rescue and helped me get my money back. I really appreciated that. I hope PassFab keeps their word next time.
