My Review of Lyst
I have been a client of Lyst for several years now, and I have to say, I am extremely impressed with the company. Their website is easy to navigate and they have a wide variety of products to choose from. I particularly appreciate their fashion-forward selection of clothing and accessories.
One of the things I love most about Lyst is the convenience of online shopping. I can easily browse and purchase items from the comfort of my own home, without having to worry about crowds or store hours. Additionally, I have had great experiences with their customer service team. They have always been prompt and helpful in addressing any issues I've had.
One downside I've noticed is that the prices can be a bit higher than other online retailers, but I feel the quality and selection make up for it. Overall, I highly recommend Lyst to anyone looking for a great online shopping experience.Off-White trainers purchase
Lyst always comes through with the best deals on designers I love, and my recent haul of Off-White trainers from Mytheresa was no different. The price was a steal, and the quality of the shoes was top-notch. Plus, the delivery was super smooth, with Mytheresa keeping me in the loop every step of the way. It's a bummer that Trustpilot doesn't let you share pictures because the package was so nicely put together with cute messages, making the whole thing feel more personal. These trainers are seriously amazing!
Clothing items
Overall, I gotta say, my experience with this company has been really great. They've got a ton of clothes to choose from and the quality is top-notch. But, I do have to mention one thing - the pricing seems to be a bit off between what's shown on the site and what you actually pay. It can be kinda confusing and that's not cool for us customers. Regardless, I still plan on coming back 'cause I love their stuff and the team's customer service.
Quality items
I gotta tell ya, the stuff they have on this website is really top quality. They've got everything from clothes to accessories, and you can tell they only pick the best. Their return and exchange process is super easy and secure, which just adds to the whole shopping experience. I feel totally at ease shopping here because I know I'll get top-of-the-line products and awesome customer service.
Shoes too small
I ordered these shoes online and they got here really quick! I couldn't wait to check them out, but when I opened the box, they looked so small! I asked for a size 9, but they seem more like they'd fit a kid. Hopefully they'll be the right fit for the person I bought them for!
Online bag purchase
I recently bought a bag online from a store I found on Lyst. At first, everything was smooth sailing - payment went through fast. But then, things went downhill when the bag never showed up. No shipping notice after two weeks, so I reached out to customer service for help. Kyla from Lyst really came through, helping me out with emails back and forth between me, her, and the retailer. But even with all her efforts, the bag never shipped. After a month of waiting, I had to ask for a refund. The retailer didn't give any reason why the bag never shipped, which left me pretty upset. Kyla's support was the silver lining in this mess, and I was relieved to finally get my money back. Overall, I wouldn't recommend buying from that retailer again, but I'll still use Lyst for my online shopping.
Sneakers purchase
I just bought some sneakers on Lyst, but when I was ordering them, I got sent to a different website. Lyst itself was cool, but the other site wasn't that great. My order did come in the end, but there was a lack of communication and customer service from that partner site. Next time, I'll be more careful when buying through Lyst to make sure things go more smoothly.
Fancy shirt found on sale
OMG, I saw this really cool shirt that I wanted, but it was way too expensive. Then I found it on sale on Lyst! I kept checking and finally bought it when it was on final sale! Lyst helps me find all the fancy clothes I'm after at the best prices, I love them!
Order Troubles
I had some issues with my order, but this employee Maria was so great and helped me out even after her shift! Huge shoutout to Maria for being awesome.
Experienced technical issue on website
When I first started using Lyst, my experience was really good. I liked that it showed items from trusted stores and the app was easy to use. But lately, when I tried to buy something, I ran into a problem. Every time I tried to search for something, I kept getting a "404 page not found" error. It was super annoying because I couldn't even shop properly. I reached out to get help with fixing my account or understanding why this was happening, but I haven't heard back yet. It's a bummer that a platform I thought highly of has disappointed me like this. I really hope they can fix this problem soon.
"Unavailable size boot"
Are you kidding me? It shouldn’t be that difficult to understand that I require a particular size. Lyst just kept dangling the boot I wanted in front of me, but they never had it in my size. It's almost as if they were well aware that it wasn't in stock, but they continued to mess with me. Not cool.
Restocked item I've been eyeing
The checkout process was a breeze, which was a pleasant surprise. But I haven't gotten my package yet, so I can't really say much about how good the product is. Hopefully, it's everything I hoped for! I've been eyeing this item for a while, so I'm pretty stoked to see how it turns out.
Some clothes
I ordered some cool clothes from this website, but man, it’s taking so long to get here! I’ve been emailing them over and over, but all I get back are these generic responses. Seriously, where are my clothes at?! I spent like $1000 on them and now I can’t even wear them to the event I bought them for. Lyst is really dropping the ball here.
