Comfortable pillow for side sleepers
This pillow is amazing! It has seriously changed my life and my husband's life too. We both sleep so much better now that we have this pillow. It's super supportive for side sleepers, and my husband has stopped snoring because he doesn't sleep on his back anymore. We wish we had found this pillow sooner, it's seriously the best!

Experienced technical issue on website
When I first started using Lyst, my experience was really good. I liked that it showed items from trusted stores and the app was easy to use. But lately, when I tried to buy something, I ran into a problem. Every time I tried to search for something, I kept getting a "404 page not found" error. It was super annoying because I couldn't even shop properly. I reached out to get help with fixing my account or understanding why this was happening, but I haven't heard back yet. It's a bummer that a platform I thought highly of has disappointed me like this. I really hope they can fix this problem soon.

Maths and English Functional Skills Level 2
I just finished the Maths and English Functional Skills Level 2 courses and it was a pretty good experience. The material was easy to understand and I felt like I really learned a lot. But yeah, I did have a problem with my certificate and transcript for the Maths course. It was super annoying, but luckily, Mark from the Support Team Chat helped me out right away and fixed everything. After that, I got my certificates with no issues. Even with that little bump in the road, I would still suggest their courses to anyone trying to boost their functional skills.

Eyeglasses purchase
I just went to the eyeglasses section at that big red bullseye store and let me tell you, it was actually really nice. The staff, especially the one named after a fancy jewelry brand, was super helpful and really paid attention to me while I was picking out my glasses. Not only did she give great customer service, but she also made sure I felt like my opinion mattered. And the store was so clean and organized, it made shopping there pretty fun. I walked out feeling really happy and content with my new glasses purchase.
