The only downside was not being able to download the lecture notes for later, it would've been useful for studying and reviewing.

Maths and English Functional Skills Level 2
I just finished the Maths and English Functional Skills Level 2 courses and it was a pretty good experience. The material was easy to understand and I felt like I really learned a lot. But yeah, I did have a problem with my certificate and transcript for the Maths course. It was super annoying, but luckily, Mark from the Support Team Chat helped me out right away and fixed everything. After that, I got my certificates with no issues. Even with that little bump in the road, I would still suggest their courses to anyone trying to boost their functional skills.
TESOL Course
I took this really awesome online class called TESOL. It was like, 120 hours of learning how to teach English. The course materials were super easy to understand and I could access them without any issues. But then came the drama! I ordered my certificate, but it took forever to arrive (like a whole 3 weeks!). I tried contacting their customer service, but they took forever to respond, which was really frustrating. I mean, who has that much time to wait around, you know? Anyway, they eventually sent me my certificate after I followed up, so I guess it all worked out in the end. Their courses are really good and all, but they definitely need to step up their customer service game.
Mental health and fitness course
This mental health and fitness course really helped me out a lot. It gave me some great tips on staying mentally healthy in this crazy world we live in, as well as tricks on how to deal with stress through physical fitness. The material kept me interested and I feel like I really learned a bunch by taking the course. I definitely suggest it to anyone wanting to understand more about mental health and make themselves feel better overall.
