My Review of One Education.
I recently enrolled in One Education for an online course and I must say I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of education provided. The platform is user-friendly and the course material is well-structured, easy to understand and engaging. The instructors are knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions I had.
One of the best things about One Education is their flexible learning schedule. I was able to complete the course at my own pace, without feeling pressured to complete it within a certain time frame. This allowed me to fully absorb the information and understand it properly.
I would highly recommend One Education to anyone looking for a high-quality online education. Whether you are a student, working professional or just looking to expand your knowledge, One Education has something for everyone.TESOL Course
I took this really awesome online class called TESOL. It was like, 120 hours of learning how to teach English. The course materials were super easy to understand and I could access them without any issues. But then came the drama! I ordered my certificate, but it took forever to arrive (like a whole 3 weeks!). I tried contacting their customer service, but they took forever to respond, which was really frustrating. I mean, who has that much time to wait around, you know? Anyway, they eventually sent me my certificate after I followed up, so I guess it all worked out in the end. Their courses are really good and all, but they definitely need to step up their customer service game.
Course completion issue
I ran into a problem right after finishing up a course with One Education. Even though I aced the exam, I couldn't get to the content. So, feeling pretty frustrated, I reached out to customer service and got in touch with Mark. Let me tell you, that guy was super helpful! He fixed the issue right away and even promised to shoot me an email by the end of the day with an update on what was going on. Plus, he reassured me that my certifications were on their way. That kind of customer service really made my whole experience with the company so much better.
Maths and English Functional Skills Level 2
I just finished the Maths and English Functional Skills Level 2 courses and it was a pretty good experience. The material was easy to understand and I felt like I really learned a lot. But yeah, I did have a problem with my certificate and transcript for the Maths course. It was super annoying, but luckily, Mark from the Support Team Chat helped me out right away and fixed everything. After that, I got my certificates with no issues. Even with that little bump in the road, I would still suggest their courses to anyone trying to boost their functional skills.
Online courses purchase
I just finished the first of five online courses that I bought from this education site. The course was super helpful and I learned a ton that I know will help me in my job. It was all laid out really well and easy to understand. I'm grateful for the chance to keep learning with these courses and I can't wait to finish the rest of them.
Group booking processing
The customer service here is really great. They really helped our teams out with adopting and processing courses. I definitely recommend them. Just a heads up, if you're getting a group booking with discounts, watch out for any surprise charges for PDF certificates. Make sure to read through all the terms and conditions before you make a decision.
Mental health and fitness course
This mental health and fitness course really helped me out a lot. It gave me some great tips on staying mentally healthy in this crazy world we live in, as well as tricks on how to deal with stress through physical fitness. The material kept me interested and I feel like I really learned a bunch by taking the course. I definitely suggest it to anyone wanting to understand more about mental health and make themselves feel better overall.

I was taking an online course with One Education when some unexpected stuff happened and I couldn't finish. So I contacted their support team and man, let me tell you, they really came through. They were super understanding, really helpful, and went out of their way to get me back on track with the course. I'm so thankful for all their help and I'll definitely be signing up for more courses with them down the road.

Amazing customer service
The folks who work here are super friendly and always ready to lend a hand with any issues I run into. It would be awesome if they could offer more discounts to kids in countries that really need it. Plus, they should definitely show some support for Palestine!
Online courses
The online courses this company offers are really great. They cover a lot of stuff and give you useful info on different topics. But, the only problem I had was waiting so long to get my certificates. It was a real pain trying to get them to send me my certificates and transcripts on time. Big thanks to Mark and David from Customer Services for finally fixing that. The courses are awesome overall, but they gotta work on fixing the certificate delay issue.
