Underwear and loungewear
I've been a huge fan of this brand for over five years now, and let me tell you, their products are top-notch. Whether it's their comfy underwear or their cozy loungewear, everything I've bought has been amazing. Seriously, I've never been let down by the quality or performance of anything I've gotten from them. They really know how to take care of their customers and give them the best stuff out there.

Kimono and scarves
I was seriously impressed with this company from the beginning to the end. Even before I got my stuff, they sent me a really nice email thanking me for my purchase and giving me a little intro, which I thought was a sweet touch. When the kimono showed up, I was shocked by how beautiful the design was and how high-quality it was. It made for a perfect gift for my daughter, she totally loved it. The customer service was amazing; they were quick to respond and super helpful with any questions I had. I was so happy with the kimono that I ended up ordering scarves in the same pattern, and they were just as awesome. Overall, I had a great time shopping with this company and would definitely recommend them to others.

Poor customer service, customs issues
I just had the worst experience with this company. Their customer service was so bad – just automated responses that didn't even help me with my issues. And then my package got stuck in customs because they didn't have the right export documents ready. When I tried to get help, nobody gave me any info on how to fix things. So yeah, I would say stay away from ordering from this company if you're in the US. Look for better options that actually care about their customers.

Group booking processing
The customer service here is really great. They really helped our teams out with adopting and processing courses. I definitely recommend them. Just a heads up, if you're getting a group booking with discounts, watch out for any surprise charges for PDF certificates. Make sure to read through all the terms and conditions before you make a decision.

6 dozen golf balls deal
I recently bought 6 dozen golf balls from this company because they had a deal where if you buy 5 dozen, you get 1 dozen free. But when my order got here, I only got the 5 dozen I paid for, not the extra dozen. I emailed customer service about it, but they took forever to get back to me. Even though I showed them proof of my order and the mistake, they said they sent the right amount and didn't admit any error on their part. I was pretty bummed that they didn't own up to their mistake, and now I'm out those extra golf balls I was supposed to get. I might have to talk to my credit card company to try and sort this out. Overall, my experience with this company was not great, and I would recommend against buying from them in the future.

I'm so happy with my recent order! It came right on time and everything was in perfect condition. The packaging was really secure and made sure that everything got to me safely with no damage. The way they handled processing and delivering my order was really impressive. I can tell they paid attention to the details and took great care with my items because they arrived without any scratches or defects. Kudos to them for providing such awesome service and making sure I'm a happy customer with the quality of their delivery.

Oeko Tex Certified Tights
Oh my gosh, these tights got here way faster than I expected! I think they ship from NYC, which is pretty cool. When I put them on, they felt amazing! I've been wearing them non-stop for like 4-5 days, running around and doing all sorts of things, and they still look like new. And hey, they're Oeko Tex certified, so no funky chemicals for me! My old tights from a different brand were made in China, who knows what kind of wild stuff they had in 'em. I'd rather pay a bit more for safety, especially when the price is pretty much the same. These tights from Les Belles are definitely a no-brainer for me!

Rental property management
My experience with the property management company has been a total disaster. Ever since I handed over my property, it's been a nightmare. The unit was left in terrible condition, and the company did nothing to fix it. Their customer service is awful - they ignore requests, give false information, and waste my time. I would advise anyone thinking of using this company to stay away, they'll just let you down and add to your stress.
