Allergy cream for kids
The kids' sunscreen ended up giving my 5-year-old son a terrible allergic reaction all over his body. I tried to tell them about it, but they didn't really seem to listen. I've been running around to dermatologist visits and trying out different creams, all while watching my little guy suffer through itching and tears... I'm so let down by this brand. I won't be purchasing anything from them in the future and I would definitely caution others to stay away too, since they didn't take my concerns seriously.

Horse Tack Bundle
I got my mom a horse tack bundle because she really likes playing this game, even though I think it's more for girls. Ordering it was easy, but then she said there were a lot of problems with the game - like bugs that they never bother fixing. It's so frustrating! Plus, there are these annoying wolves that attack the horses, like, why would they put that in there? It's just not cool.

Poor customer service, customs issues
I just had the worst experience with this company. Their customer service was so bad – just automated responses that didn't even help me with my issues. And then my package got stuck in customs because they didn't have the right export documents ready. When I tried to get help, nobody gave me any info on how to fix things. So yeah, I would say stay away from ordering from this company if you're in the US. Look for better options that actually care about their customers.

The customer service here is really great. They really helped our teams out with adopting and processing courses. I definitely recommend them. Oeko Tex Certified Tights
Oh my gosh, these tights got here way faster than I expected! I think they ship from NYC, which is pretty cool. When I put them on, they felt amazing! I've been wearing them non-stop for like 4-5 days, running around and doing all sorts of things, and they still look like new. And hey, they're Oeko Tex certified, so no funky chemicals for me! My old tights from a different brand were made in China, who knows what kind of wild stuff they had in 'em. I'd rather pay a bit more for safety, especially when the price is pretty much the same. These tights from Les Belles are definitely a no-brainer for me!

My experience with the property management company has been a total disaster. Ever since I handed over my property, it's been a nightmare. The unit was left in terrible condition, and the company did nothing to fix it. Their customer service is awful - they ignore requests, give false information, and waste my time. I would advise anyone thinking of using this company to stay away, they'll just let you down and add to your stress.
