Faulty 10% discount code
The customer service team at this store is absolutely awful. I got this janky 10% discount code that didn't work, so I reached out for help. Instead of just fixing it, they made me jump through hoops, asking for proof that I got the code from them. It was such a hassle and so irritating. Definitely suggest shopping somewhere else.
Overpriced and disappointing purchase
So, I went ahead and treated myself to something I thought would be top-notch, but man, was I let down. The thing was way too expensive, and on top of that, it didn't even work right and felt cheap. Plus, the customer service at that place was seriously lacking. When I tried to return or get my money back for the busted product, they straight up blamed me, saying it was my fault after just two months of use. Can you believe that? Needless to say, I won't be telling anyone to shop there anytime soon.
Shirts and pants
Don't bother buying from here if you're in the UK! They take your money, tell you there's a delay of 6 weeks, then you end up waiting forever and have to keep bugging them about where your stuff is. Finally, after 7 days, they reply just to say it's gonna be another 6 weeks. Now I'm trying to get my money back - I can already tell it's gonna be a hassle! Definitely steer clear of this place!!
Poor customer service, customs issues
I just had the worst experience with this company. Their customer service was so bad – just automated responses that didn't even help me with my issues. And then my package got stuck in customs because they didn't have the right export documents ready. When I tried to get help, nobody gave me any info on how to fix things. So yeah, I would say stay away from ordering from this company if you're in the US. Look for better options that actually care about their customers.
Glasses order cancelled, no refund
I got these glasses as my first purchase and I gotta say, it was a letdown. I didn't find out until I checked on my order that they were out of stock and hadn't even bothered to tell me. I've reached out to customer service a bunch of times to get my money back, but it's been three whole months and still no refund. This whole situation has been super frustrating and disappointing.
Chair purchase
I wouldn't recommend buying from this store. I bought a chair that never showed up. When I reached out to them, they told me it was sent back by the delivery company and they didn't have it in stock. They gave me the option of getting a refund or taking 10% off to try ordering again. The second time I tried, the chair mysteriously went missing in the mail. I even called the delivery company myself and they had no record of it. Now they're asking me to try ordering for the third time without refunding me for the second order. It's just all a mess.
