The customer service team at this store is absolutely awful. I got this janky 10% discount code that didn't work, so I reached out for help. Instead of just fixing it, they made me jump through hoops, asking for proof that I got the code from them. It was such a hassle and so irritating. Definitely suggest shopping somewhere else.

I bought this complexion and contouring stick from the store thinking it would help me get that perfect makeup look. But man, was I let down by the quality! The complexion stick felt all thick and gooey on my skin, making my pores stand out even more and making it a pain to blend smoothly. And don't even get me started on the contouring stick - it seemed to just disappear into my skin way too fast, not hanging around on my face like I wanted it to. Total bummer.

I'm really bummed out about the service I got from that company. The product I bought wasn't what it was supposed to be, and I feel like I wasted my money. The target phone only showed me old messages from last year, and the info I needed was late or never even showed up. The customer service team's responses weren't helpful at all, and it seemed like they were blaming me by saying maybe my phone wasn't compatible. Room Air Purifiers
I've been coming to this place for a while now, trying out all kinds of air purifiers to find the perfect one for me. I like air purifiers that are low maintenance, give me clean air, and have a negative ion generator. Unfortunately, the first air purifier I got here conked out before the warranty was up. They said they'd check it out, but I didn't bother sending it back. So, I decided to switch it up and went for a tower air purifier with electrostatic air cleaning instead. It's way easier to clean compared to ones that need filter changes all the time. The first tower air purifier I got started making loud noises from the fan, but the second one has been working great - super quiet, which is perfect for my bedroom. Lastly, I tried out another air purifier, kind of like the first one I bought, but this time it switched over to a HEPA Filter system from electrostatic filtration. Plus, it has an Ozone output option to freshen up the air.

Online shopping frustration
This website is a disaster when it comes to payment options. I was really looking forward to buying stuff from here, but that excitement turned into frustration real quick. They only take Alipay and credit cards, and Alipay only works in Mainland China. I don't have a credit card, so I thought I could use my debit card, but nope, that didn't fly. I got in touch with customer service, and they said it should work, but surprise surprise, it didn't. I even tried using PayPal, but that wasn't an option either. I've tried emailing and sliding into their DMs on Instagram, but no luck. It's a bummer that this site is pretty much off-limits for people outside of Mainland China or those without a credit card.

I order an outfit in March. They sent an email after I paid for it saying that they never received payment! Later that day, they sent an email saying that the shipment was on its way> We are in April and I never received my order! There is not a number to call just a email and they never return your email. My husband works for the FBI and they are doing an investigation on this company because they have been scamming people for years! I will get my money back and they will be sending refunds to all the people who they have scammed out of their money!!!

Ordered merchandise beginning of March through Paypal, (1) week later I got a tracking# tried to track pkg, we're not able too.. now it's middle of April still no package delivered, and no respond from this company.. I believe this Company is A scam.. I want my money refunded!!
