Professional kitchen equipment
I recently bought some kitchen equipment from Expondo and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with the quality. It came in good shape and I haven't had any problems with Expondo itself. The only thing I wanna mention is that it took longer than I thought to get to me. It was coming from Poland, which I didn't know beforehand, and it ended up taking about two weeks. I get that international shipping can be slower, but I was hoping for it to get here quicker based on what I was told. I know that stuff like politics can mess with shipping times, but it would have been nice to know more about what to expect.
Food dryer, knife sharpener, high-pressure water cleaner, home trainer
I've bought stuff from this company a few times now and I gotta say, the products are top-notch. That food dryer? Works like a dream and makes food preservation a piece of cake. And that knife sharpener? Saved me a ton of dough on getting my knives sharpened elsewhere. The high-pressure water cleaner? It's a beast - gets the job done quick and easy. And don't even get me started on the home trainer, that thing is pure magic. I'm on that thing for an hour or two every day and after 6 months, it still looks and works like it's brand new.
Industrial blender
I was really impressed with the customer service I got from the company. The representative knew their stuff and fixed my blender issue in no time. They also really cared about making sure I was happy, which is hard to come by these days. You can tell that Expondo cares about its customers and wants to keep them around for the long haul by offering great service even after your warranty is up. My experience was so smooth that I'm definitely sticking with this brand and will be back for more purchases.
Popcorn machine purchase for party
I bought a popcorn machine for a party, and it was really nice - it had a cool design with two glass doors. But, one of the doors got broken during the event. So, I contacted customer service to get a replacement door. Chrissie from customer service was super helpful, letting me know when the door would be available and giving me a good deal on it. The service was quick and professional, which made the whole thing easy and stress-free.
Quick delivery disappointment
I bought a gift thinking it would come fast, but I was bummed when it got sent from another country. The website made it seem like it was in stock locally, so I was caught off guard. It ended up arriving late, so I couldn't give it on the day I wanted. The actual item was awesome, but it was frustrating and annoying to be given incorrect info on the website.
Sauna heater mix-up
Yeah, I ordered a sauna heater but it didn't work with my electrical setup. The product details were kind of confusing, you know? But it's all good, I returned it easily through the website. The whole process was quick and clear, and I got my money back. I'm really pleased with how everything was handled.
multicooker
I live in Helsinki - Finland, and bought a multicooker from Expondo because their advertising is so good. The machine arrived later than I thought, and it arrived when I was not home ( away for a month for private mater), and when I was back, check on the machine, it was not working properly (some buttons of the machine don't work). I contacted customer service and their answer was: send the machine to them, and they will have a free fix for me ( yes, they have to fix it because they sent me the machine which cannot use). I sent it to their address, and it took 21 days to arrive at their address. Expondo will take some time to fix and send back to me later (approximately another 21 days to ship and some more days to fix).
Conclusion: after more than 3 months of paying full money, I don't have the machine to use, and I don't know how long Expondo will take to fix the machine. The way customer service responds like I have to take it because that's the way it is. I feel so ... to buy things from Expondo.
If I would go to the electrical shop nearby ( for example Giganti), I would have a proper machine to use, and in case of the machine doesn't work properly, Giganti always changes the new one immediately.
Do not buy anything from Expondo if you are not ...
