Christmas Barbie clothes for my 6-year-old
I ordered some Christmas Barbie clothes for my 6-year-old daughter from you all and was super happy with the selection. But then, the package got lost somewhere for like, over 20 days. I was stressing out that my poor kiddo would be let down on Christmas morning. I got in touch with your customer service team, and let me tell you, they really stepped it up. They went out of their way to find that package and made sure it got to us just in time for Christmas. I was seriously impressed by how much they cared and worked hard to make sure we were happy. This whole thing really showed me how awesome your company is and I am so grateful for all the effort they put in.

I bought this lipstick from the store not too long ago and I have to say, I was really happy with the color and quality. But man, the shipping was a total letdown. The package came all beat up, with the box open and the lipstick packaging all squished. I was pretty bummed about it, especially since it came all the way from the U.S. to Italy.

I recently bought two knives, but unfortunately, one of them quickly had issues with the blade. The blade wouldn't come out right and seemed to be broken inside. I reached out for a refund, but haven't received a response yet. I'm pretty disappointed with the situation. Color Security Shampoo, Money Leave-In Conditioner, Money Masque, Dream Coat Spray
I have long, thick hair that can get frizzy, so I was really excited to try out these products. I saw some good reviews and decided to give them a try, even though they were on the expensive side. Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed with the results. The Color Security Shampoo didn't foam up as much as I wanted, so I wasn't sure if it was really getting my hair clean. The Money Masque was supposed to make my hair soft and smooth, but it actually made it feel dry and brittle. The Money Leave-In Conditioner didn't seem to do much either. Now, I'm hesitant to try the Dream Coat Spray after hearing bad things about it. I felt like I had to use a lot of product each time, which got expensive and didn't give me the results I was hoping for. Looking back, I really wish I had done more research before buying these products because based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to others.

Complicated returns process

I totally agree with all the bad reviews I saw here. Honestly, this app is making me think about deleting it after the terrible time I had. I bought a few things from this company recently and I'm kinda torn about it. Gotta say, the prices are a bit high and the portions are pretty small, even for me and I'm not a big eater. What really bummed me out was how the lamb chops from New Zealand were packaged. They were just shoved into a flimsy plastic bag and ended up getting freezer burns. I also had some worries about the freshness of the lobster tails in my second order.
