Christmas Barbie clothes for my 6-year-old
I ordered some Christmas Barbie clothes for my 6-year-old daughter from you all and was super happy with the selection. But then, the package got lost somewhere for like, over 20 days. I was stressing out that my poor kiddo would be let down on Christmas morning. I got in touch with your customer service team, and let me tell you, they really stepped it up. They went out of their way to find that package and made sure it got to us just in time for Christmas. I was seriously impressed by how much they cared and worked hard to make sure we were happy. This whole thing really showed me how awesome your company is and I am so grateful for all the effort they put in.

I bought this lipstick from the store not too long ago and I have to say, I was really happy with the color and quality. But man, the shipping was a total letdown. The package came all beat up, with the box open and the lipstick packaging all squished. I was pretty bummed about it, especially since it came all the way from the U.S. to Italy.

But Skyscanner does a good job of showing you which airlines have the cheapest fares, so you can choose to book with them directly if you want.

Energy bars, coconut chai and vanilla latte flavors
Man, these energy bars have been a total game-changer for me! I'm the kind of person who can't handle a ton of caffeine without feeling all jittery and getting headaches, so finding these bars was like hitting the jackpot. The coconut chai one has been my favorite, but I recently gave the new vanilla latte a shot and it was incredible. Just the right amount of pep without any of those awful side effects. And the best part is, they're super convenient to just toss in my bag for a quick pick-me-up during the day. The taste is spot on too - not overly sweet, but still super yummy.

I just bought some stuff at this store and man, I gotta say, I was blown away by how awesome everything was. Maintenance Service
I had a terrible experience with this company. It was like a never-ending nightmare trying to use their online portal for information. Their team barely communicated with me - I waited weeks for unanswered emails and forget about trying to talk to someone on the phone. It feels like they make it intentionally hard to reach them. The worst part was how they were dishonest about maintenance requests. I paid for a service that never happened, and they just kept coming up with excuses. They clearly don't care about their customers' time or money. Overall, it was a complete nightmare dealing with them.

I was really excited to try out this moisturizer, but man, what a letdown. navy dress, fabric quality, color issue
The dress material is good quality and seems well-made. But I gotta say, I was kinda let down by the color. I thought I ordered navy, but it came in a lighter shade, not the true navy I wanted. Overpriced item, lack of response to offer
I totally agree with all the bad reviews I saw here. Honestly, this app is making me think about deleting it after the terrible time I had. When I signed up, I was hit with so many notifications that I had to quickly disable them all. I came across something I wanted to get for a friend, but the price was just way too high. So, I tried to make an offer, but now it's been more than 24 hours and I haven't heard anything back. It's really frustrating and kind of a letdown.

I bought a few things from this company recently and I'm kinda torn about it. Gotta say, the prices are a bit high and the portions are pretty small, even for me and I'm not a big eater. What really bummed me out was how the lamb chops from New Zealand were packaged. They were just shoved into a flimsy plastic bag and ended up getting freezer burns. I also had some worries about the freshness of the lobster tails in my second order. On the bright side, customer service was good and it was cool that I could make one-time purchases without being pushed into a subscription.
