Workout clothes, casual clothes, and swimsuits
I bought a bunch of stuff from this store - like workout clothes, casual wear, and swimsuits - and everything is awesome quality and fits me perfectly. What's cool is that a lot of my faves go on sale often, so I can grab 'em at a discount. The customer service at this store is seriously top-notch. Returns are easy, and they get back to my emails quick. I used to be all about another big brand, but now I'm all about this store. No regrets at all.
Returns
I recently had to return something because it didn't fit, and the service I received was amazing the whole way through. I dropped off the item at a collection point, got an email saying it was picked up that same evening, and I got my refund in just three days. The customer service was absolutely outstanding.
Leggings and sports bra
I just want to say that I bought some leggings and a sports bra from your store, and I gotta admit, I'm really impressed with the quality. The leggings are super comfortable and stretchy, great for my workouts, and the sports bra gives me awesome support. I just wanted to share how awesome the customer service was from this company when I had something missing from my order. They sent out the replacement items super fast and made it easy for me. I recently bought a pair of leggings and a sports bra from this store, and let me tell you, the customer service was amazing. The employee, let's call her Dearblah, knew everything about the products and helped me find the perfect stuff for my workouts. She even gave me a discount code for my birthday! I had such a great experience with customer service! I needed to change the size of something I got with my birthday discount, and Gemma S. was super quick and helpful with the exchange. It was way easier than dealing with some other companies that make it a hassle to change orders. Faulty leggings resolved
I had a problem with some leggings I bought because they were defective. I contacted customer service, and Charlotte W helped me out. She was super nice and really made things easier. Powerhouse sweatshirt
I bought a Powerhouse sweatshirt, but it shrunk a lot when I washed it, even though I followed the care instructions. But I have to give credit to the customer service I got when I contacted them about it. Anna helped me out, and she was really helpful and quick in getting a replacement sent to me. Her professionalism and how fast she fixed my problem made me trust the brand again, and I'm grateful for the great service.
Birthday discount, great customer service
The customer service at this store is amazing! I got this awesome 50% off birthday discount on any one item, which was such a nice surprise for regulars like me. Anne-Marie was super quick and helpful with my refund question. I really couldn't have asked for better service.
Leggings
I recently received my leggings and oh my goodness, they are incredibly comfortable! I absolutely adore them! They make me actually feel motivated to work out, even though I typically can't stand it. The only hiccup was that I forgot to log in to snag my discount, but luckily the customer service rep was really kind and still hooked me up. I'm over the moon happy right now!

I absolutely love these clothes! They're just so comfy and stylish, I seriously wear them all the time. The quality is fantastic and they seem to last forever. I ordered some stuff online, but it never showed up! I was so annoyed with the delivery company. But then Emma from customer service totally saved the day. She was super personable and really made me feel like she cared. Even though there was a mix-up, I eventually got my order a couple days after.

I just wanted to share that I had a really great experience with the customer service at this place. I totally forgot to use a discount for new customers, but when I reached out to the team, they were super quick to respond and gave me the discount with no issues. The delivery was also on point, my order got to me pretty quickly, even though I'm all the way in the Isle of Man. I really liked how attentive and efficient the team was, they definitely earned some major points in my book.

The leggings at this store are seriously like second skin, they fit so perfectly and are insanely comfortable. And don't even get me started on the dresses - they make me feel like a total queen. I just got this crossbody bag from this company and I'm pretty happy with how well it's made. But then, when I was on vacay, the zipper pull just fell off, totally bummed me out. So I hit up customer service and let me tell you, Jeenah was a rockstar and sorted it out super quick. Even though I haven't been buying as many clothes from them lately, I gotta say, their athletic wear holds up really well and looks awesome on.

I've been rocking this brand's workout gear for years now and I gotta say, I'm a huge fan. But, I've run into a bit of a problem lately with the seams falling apart in the crotch area, which is a real bummer. I had to take them to a tailor for a fix, and that's just a hassle. I wanted to share my recent experience with a product I bought. I filled out an online form and sent some photos to the company. I got a quick response in the timeframe they said I would. Then, after sending a few more photos, they told me they would send me a replacement, which was more than I was hoping for. address a delivery issue
I had a problem with my order delivery recently, so I had to contact the delivery company and customer service for help. The customer service team was quick to respond to my email and checked into my claim. Luckily, my products arrived in the meantime. I emailed customer service again to let them know, and I got a nice email back from a rep named Charlotte C. She thanked me for being honest and gave me a discount code as a nice gesture for the trouble. It was really nice to get that without even asking for it.
