I recently bought a pair of leggings and a sports bra from this store, and let me tell you, the customer service was amazing. The employee, let's call her Dearblah, knew everything about the products and helped me find the perfect stuff for my workouts. She even gave me a discount code for my birthday! And when I accidentally lost the code, she sent me a new one right away. That's some serious dedication to making sure I'm happy. I've never had such great service after a purchase like this before. I'm really thankful for the awesome experience I had at this store.
Training clothes
I've been rocking this brand's workout gear for years now and I gotta say, I'm a huge fan. But, I've run into a bit of a problem lately with the seams falling apart in the crotch area, which is a real bummer. I had to take them to a tailor for a fix, and that's just a hassle. On the bright side, I recently had a mix-up with an order I placed. I ended up getting the wrong items, but the customer service team was on it and got everything sorted out super quick. Big shoutout to Anne-Marie for being so efficient and getting the issue resolved for me.
address a delivery issue
I had a problem with my order delivery recently, so I had to contact the delivery company and customer service for help. The customer service team was quick to respond to my email and checked into my claim. Luckily, my products arrived in the meantime. I emailed customer service again to let them know, and I got a nice email back from a rep named Charlotte C. She thanked me for being honest and gave me a discount code as a nice gesture for the trouble. It was really nice to get that without even asking for it.
Activewear birthday discount changed size
I had such a great experience with customer service! I needed to change the size of something I got with my birthday discount, and Gemma S. was super quick and helpful with the exchange. It was way easier than dealing with some other companies that make it a hassle to change orders. Sweaty Betty really goes above and beyond with their customer service, so I'll definitely be coming back for more activewear!
Comfy clothes
I absolutely love these clothes! They're just so comfy and stylish, I seriously wear them all the time. The quality is fantastic and they seem to last forever. I did have a small issue with my order, but Ruth from customer service was amazing and got everything straightened out super quickly. Huge thanks to Ruth!
Replacement product
I wanted to share my recent experience with a product I bought. I filled out an online form and sent some photos to the company. I got a quick response in the timeframe they said I would. Then, after sending a few more photos, they told me they would send me a replacement, which was more than I was hoping for. The communication during the whole thing was top-notch and the final result was amazing. I really appreciate the great customer service from the team. Thanks so much.

I wanted to share my recent experience with a purchase I made. The delivery got messed up, but let me tell you, the customer service team totally saved the day! The leggings at this store are seriously like second skin, they fit so perfectly and are insanely comfortable. And don't even get me started on the dresses - they make me feel like a total queen. The folks working at the store were just the best, so friendly and helpful. And when I ran into an issue with my order, Sultana from customer service took care of it super quick. I can't say enough good things about this place, they seriously rock.
Crossbody bag
I just got this crossbody bag from this company and I'm pretty happy with how well it's made. But then, when I was on vacay, the zipper pull just fell off, totally bummed me out. So I hit up customer service and let me tell you, Jeenah was a rockstar and sorted it out super quick. Even though I haven't been buying as many clothes from them lately, I gotta say, their athletic wear holds up really well and looks awesome on.
Comfy workout leggings
Customer service was amazing, unlike anything I've ever experienced before. Debrahla really stood out and showed what the company is all about. She was so friendly, knew her stuff, and really went the extra mile to assist me. After this, I don't even feel like shopping at my usual store anymore. Sweaty Betty has definitely won me over with their exceptional customer service and top-notch products.
