I just bought Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019 from this store. Ordering it was easy and I got it quickly. But once I downloaded and installed the software, I had trouble opening it. It was annoying to spend money on something that didn't work right. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but they couldn't fix the issue. Overall, I was pretty bummed about my whole experience with this purchase.

I just stayed at this hotel chain that had a promotion where if you stay for 2 nights, you get the 3rd night for free. But it turned out to be kind of a scam because they wouldn't credit my points until 72 hours after the second stay. That makes it hard for most people to actually take advantage of the free night.
