Paste the wall wallpaper
I've been buying from this company for a while now, and once again, I'm really happy with what I got. The wallpaper is really top quality, just like I always expect from them. I love that it's "paste the wall" because it makes hanging it up so much simpler and stress-free. No need to worry about the paper stretching or being hard to match. It's definitely the way to go for a nice, smooth wallpapering job.

I was really impressed when I bought Versace wallpaper from this store. They sent me the samples quickly, and I liked that they included 2 free ones along with the ones I paid for. They had so many options to choose from, which made it easy for me to find the perfect wallpaper for my place. The price for the Versace wallpaper I got was actually pretty good, especially since it was on sale. The quality is top-notch since it's real and made in Germany. Even the person who installed it for me mentioned how good the quality was. All in all, I'm super happy with my purchase from this store.

Wallpaper order
I just bought some wallpaper from this company and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience. They had some really nice patterns and styles to choose from, so it wasn't too tough to find something that worked well in my home. I listened to my decorator and ordered an extra roll, but turned out I didn't need it. Luckily, Wallpaper Direct was cool about it and gave me a quick refund when I sent it back. The service was fast and friendly, which I really liked. All in all, I'm happy with what I got and how things went with this company.
New wallpaper ordered
I got some new wallpaper, and there was a mix-up with my order. But this awesome lady named Lauren from customer service helped me out real quick. She gave me a refund fast and even made sure they had another wallpaper in stock - got it the very next day, can you believe it? The wallpaper is top-notch quality, and the customer service was fantastic. They even refunded my PayPal right in the middle of our chat. How awesome is that?
Sample order and wallpaper purchase
I ordered some samples before I made up my mind, and I gotta say, I was super impressed with how quickly they got to me and how big the samples were. When I finally placed my order for the wallpaper, it came right on time and was packaged up really nicely. The service was top-notch, and I really liked how they kept me in the loop about when it was gonna arrive. I'll definitely be coming back to buy from them again, and I'll be telling my friends about this company for sure.
Bathroom wallpaper purchase
I just bought some wallpaper for my two bathrooms from this company, and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how good the quality was. It was super easy to put up and looked amazing in both rooms. I did run into a small problem with one roll that was messed up from some machine issues, but the company quickly sent me a new one for free, showing some really great customer service. In the end, I'm happy with how everything turned out with this company.
Recent wallpaper purchase.
The company's website was super easy to use, with all the wallpaper options laid out nicely in different settings. It made picking out the perfect paper a breeze. I really liked how they suggested other items like glue brushes, that was super helpful. It would be great if they included info on how hard it is to hang each paper, so you know what you're getting into. One of the papers I bought was a real pain to work with because it was so heavy.
Wallpaper purchase
I just bought some wallpaper online and was really impressed with how easy it was to find what I wanted on the website. Quality wallpaper, easy online ordering, on-time delivery
I just got some wallpaper from this website and let me tell you, it is even better than I thought it would be. The design is stunning and the price was so worth it. It really looks incredible in my home and totally changed the whole vibe of the room.
Wallpaper
I ordered 4 rolls of wallpaper from Wallpaper Direct. I attempted to cancel the order a day or two after placing the order because I found the EXACT same wallpaper for $80 per roll cheaper at ...Morris Wallpaper... Wallpaper Direct responded that I needed to pay for the return of the unopened wallpaper to their address. Once I received their wallpaper in the package THEY PACKED, I immediately took it to the USPS (the same carrier they used to ship to me). I paid the $20 or so to have it shipped back to Wallpaper Direct and went on my way, excited that I was saving $80 per roll (TOTAL $320) with Morris Wallpaper, not worried about paying for the return shipping to Wallpaper Direct.
This morning, I received an email from Jessica at Wallpaper Direct stating that she appreciated me taking her call (she never called), and that the wallpaper came to them with the box opened and 3 out of 4 rolls damaged. Her email states that I need to contact the carrier, as they will be charging me for the 3 damaged rolls (around $1,000) that THEY packed. USPS policy states that they will only accept a claim for insured mail, which I did not do because I had never opened the box.
I called Jessica after receiving the email (first time we had ever spoken, despite what she stated in her email to me) and explained the above. She stated it was neither my fault nor their (Wallpaper Direct) fault, but that it was the carrier's fault. When I explained that I did not take out insurance on it, she said that I should have and again stated it was not their fault. After we went around and around and she stated for the 4th or 5th time that it was not their fault, I lost my temper which was unwise of me, as she hung up (understandable).
Regardless, the points of my post are:
- Morris Wallpaper has better pricing
- Wallpaper Direct will not take responsibility for their packing.
- They will place blame on the customer. BE WEARY!
- Their website never mentions taking out insurance. They merely state, and I quote:
At this point if you do not want the product you will need to make a return to us. The instructions for returning products to us is located on our website under the FAQ section. However, we can accept the roll(s) that you have ordered back if they are unopened. We accept returns up to 60 days from the order date.
Please include inside the parcel your order number (1USA1354401). We also ask that you pack the product with packing materials to protect it during shipment. Once we receive the goods back we will refund the amount back on to the card used and confirm we have done this by email.
I NEVER OPENED THEIR PACKING. THIS IS NOT ON ME.
