Faulty item replacement and voucher
I had a really good experience with my purchase from this shop recently. The item I got was faulty, but their customer service team really took care of it well. They sent me a new item right away for free and even threw in a voucher as a nice gesture. I've been a loyal customer for a while now, and this just made me even more satisfied with their service.
Shopping experience at a local clothing store
My sister and I, both size 16 and up, had a really disappointing time at a local clothing store the other day. The workers there judged and laughed at us, which made us feel super unwelcome and uncomfortable. It wasn't even busy, but they still acted like we weren't even there. When I tried on some clothes that I wanted to buy, the person working in the fitting room just assumed I wouldn't fit and didn't bother to help me find anything else that might work. I work in retail myself, so I know how things should be done, and their behavior was just plain unacceptable and downright rude. I left the store feeling pretty down, and you can bet I'll be telling my friends and family about this bad experience.
Two tops, one wrong size
I went to the store to swap out a top for the right size, but they said it wasn't allowed by their policy. It was so frustrating and ridiculous. The staff there wasn't helpful at all and didn't handle the situation right. I didn't get a refund or an exchange, so in the end, it was just a really disappointing trip. I definitely wouldn't suggest this store to anyone. They really need to work on their customer service and learn some manners in sales.

I recently bought something pretty pricey, but had to cancel it because of problems with the delivery. I was left with neither my purchase nor my money. Despite contacting customer support multiple times, it seems like no one is willing to help me get a refund. I'm really frustrated with everything that's been going on and just want my money back. At this point, I've decided I won't be buying from this brand again since they're not dependable.

Wrong size shorts
Hey, so I got these shorts as a gift from someone, but they ended up being way too big for me. I went to the store to try to return them, but they wouldn't let me because I didn't have the tag. I had the receipt and all, so it was pretty frustrating. I even tried reaching out to customer service, but they weren't helpful at all. It's not my fault they got the wrong size, you know? I tried out the same day delivery for my order, hoping to get my items quickly. But, I was really disappointed when my package didn't come on the promised day, and it still hasn't shown up. Princess Polly and Tiger Mist have always given me better quality stuff.
Bikini tops
I got these bikini tops for the summer, thinking they'd be super cute and perfect for the beach. But after just 3 days of wearing them (total of 9 hours), I felt like I was getting stabbed in the chest by the underwires. Ouchie! I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.

It looks like they're focusing more on fast fashion lately, which might not be everyone's cup of tea.
