Quality prints with good customer service
I was really happy with the service I got when I ordered my prints. The company went out of their way to reach out to me and talk about the quality of the prints before they went through with the order. It made me feel like they really cared about me as a customer and made sure I got just what I was looking for. I'll definitely be coming back for more orders in the future and would definitely suggest this service to others.

Tennis lesson with professional coach
I got to have a tennis lesson with a pro coach and man, it was awesome. We worked on my forehand technique during our first session and the coach really gave me some great tips. I liked how the lesson pushed me but was still fun. I'm pumped to keep practicing this week and can't wait to tackle the backhand in our next lesson.

Tomahawk ribeye steak
I just bought a tomahawk ribeye steak from this company and let me tell you, it was so good. The taste from the dry aging process was unbeatable and the way they cooked the steak using the reverse sear method was spot on. I paired it with a 23-year-old Napa cab and it was a match made in heaven. The shipping was fast and the packaging was really nice, although one of the vacuum-sealed bags had a hole in it. But their customer service was amazing and they quickly sent a replacement. Overall, a really great experience and I highly recommend giving their steaks a try if you love steak.

I have about 7 pairs of jeans and a few shirts from this store. I had to return one item, but it was no big deal. The clothes are really awesome, and the employees are friendly. I definitely plan on buying more stuff from there. Sometimes the prices are a little high and they might not have my size, but that's okay. All in all, Buckle is pretty cool.

Fresh and beautiful flowers
I recently bought some fresh flowers and had a great experience. The website was super easy to use, so I found the perfect bouquet in no time. Even though I left a message, their customer service got back to me really fast and helped me out. I liked getting those quick email updates on my order, they kept me in the loop the whole time. The flowers came looking beautiful and have stayed fresh longer than I thought they would. It's been five days and they're just now starting to fade, but the person I gave them to wants to dry them as a memento.

I've gotta say, dealing with this company was such a letdown. I shelled out extra cash for a suitcase, thinking I was getting top-notch quality. But man, was I wrong. The product was pretty shoddy and definitely not worth the price tag. And don't even get me started on their customer service - totally unprofessional and not at all helpful. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company. Trust me, you don't want to end up with an overpriced dud of a suitcase when you're out on your travels.

Worst customer service ever! I bought a defective item and have been trying to return it since July. They're unresponsive and when I filed a dispute with my credit card, they told me I was committing fraud when all I've been trying to do is return it. Finally returned it and never got a refund or credit! I posted on their Instagram and they deleted my comments!

Absolute scam company. Took over a month to receive my order, and the jacket was cheap and way too small. I never got my refund even though I followed all of their rules (sent it back with tags on time, paid for the shipping myself, sent them all my tracking info, confirmed with USPS and silk maison that it was received). I waited 2 months for a refund that never came, despite them promising me it was coming, and ended up having to file a dispute with Chase Bank. Thank god for fraud protection.

Swimsuit defectiveamp getting charged for things I didnt order
I signed up to be an “influencer” two years ago because I love new swimsuits and they had some really cute designs.. however- they were out of stock of all the bikinis I liked. I ordered one hoping it would work- it showed up defective and TINY. It was poor quality and nothing like the photo. They refused to refund my money or exchange the suit. I gave up and just canceled my membership or whatever. Two years later, I’m getting charged a monthly “cancellation fee” and nobody will respond to my emails. This company is a FRAUD and will take your money. I tried to take my card off my account and it won’t allow for editing your profile. It’s bulsh*t and they’re crooked!

No one should be ordering from them at all. I received a ... that was already cut open and used. You can clearly see that the item was cut open by a pair of scissors and yet they refused to give me my money back. So gross, disgusting and a joke of a company.

Very Very Very poor quality dresses. One dress had no lining and was completely see through. Neither looked like what was being advertised on the site. Very disappointing that there are no returns and to exchange or get store credit you need to pay $10. Based on the quality of the clothes I received i would not spend $10 to have any store credit as it would be likely any other product would also be very poor quality and would just cost more in shipping.

I am not happy with my 3D liquid eye brow order, is dried up can not even remove it from the black bottle with my fingers that is how dried it is. Your thongs come from China made in 2018 and I got one of those old aged time bottles. My money i want.

Overall, for my 3 year old, she will ADORE it. But just as much as a lower priced doll. The face and hair are so odd (for lack of a better word) I am debating whether to change her into boy's clothes. I think they are definitely more realistic than most dolls on the market but not sure it's worth the money.I have bought 2 dolls from them.At first glance their faces do look a little different than the pictures but they're well made, size newborn clothes fit them perfect. My girls loved them! I definitely feel like they were worth the money.
I purchased the Alina doll and it arrived with the legs unattached. I was unable to attach one of the legs correctly. Neither leg is moveable because they are so tight. I contacted customer service and was told this was not a defect and that I would have to return the doll at my expense to China for a refund. I will not purchase anything from this site in the future.

I purchased the Alina doll, it looks nothing like the doll in the website, the legs were not attached when received and each leg was a different color. The hair is a lighter brown and looks nothing like listed on the website - a total scam, and waste of money.

I knew when I ordered because of reading the reviews, I would get a good laugh and I sure did. I wish they would allow a picture. I only ordered so I could show other people who also got a good laugh. Do not waste your money.
Do not order from this store. Dolls look nothing like photos. Very disappointed. I am trying to get a refund at this time, but am getting a lot of run around back and forth. They want pictures and the whole nine yards, so I can tell this isn't going to be easy. Just don't buy a doll from this company. You can get a doll at the dollar store of the same quality and appearance.
Save yourself a big headache. The doll looks like something you buy at a local dollar store. Nothing like the picture. Quality is very cheap. Dealing with customer service was a mission in itself. Refuse to give you a refund. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

They are horrible! They are a company out of China but represent themselves as an American company with American models (their website uses the same models and suits as other American companies). They say they have 100% guarantee policy, however, to send items back is almost as much as the items themselves. Their solution if you don’t like something is to offer to buy more for 50% off. If I didn’t like how it look, why would I chance buying more and spending more money on something I cannot send back. They will not work with you at all! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I only purchased from this site because of a promotion they were running but had that not been the case, I would not buy here. A large majority of the toys on their site are cheaper elsewhere (directly from the toy brand's site, Amazon, Walmart.com, etc.). On the two toys I was interested in, I noticed a 40% markup, from $50 on their brand site to $70 on Bellesa. Some of the pricier toys, such as We-Vibe toys, are the same prices elsewhere but the markup on the mid-range prices left a bad taste in my mouth.
